MILAN (AP) — Italy has opened an administrative procedure against China’s Sinochem, the largest shareholder in Italian tiremaker Pirelli, for a possible breach of restrictions designed to protect national strategic assets.米兰（美联社）——意大利对中国中化集团（意大利轮胎制造商倍耐力的最大股东）提起行政诉讼，理由是中化集团可能违反了旨在保护国家战略资产的限制。Pirelli announced Wednesday that the procedure was launched under the so-called “golden power” provisions, which include restrictions to the access of some information and higher vote thresholds for strategic decisions, invoked by the Rome government in mid-2023.
