春游2024何时开始何时结束？

4月13日下午2点开始，4月15日上午10点结束。

What time does Chun You start and finish?

The festival starts at 2pm, Sat 13 April, and finishes at 10am, Mon 15 April.

Please note the following gate times:

Gates will open at 11am, 13 April, till 2am.
Gates will reopen at 11am on 14 April, till end.

我能提前一天4月12日 就到春游现场吗？

不能。只能在4月13日在上午11点后入场。

Can I come to the festival site on Friday?
No. Gates open at 11am on Saturday 13 April.

我应该在哪里领取门票？

凭票星球小程序购票二维码到现场兑票处兑换春游手环。

How do I get my ticket and wristband?

Present your ticket QR code from piaoxingqiu at the gates to get your wristband.

需要带身份证/护照吗？

需要。

Do I need to present my ID with my ticket?

我可以购买单日票吗？

目前在售的有三个票种:13日单日票、14日单日票、双日通票，现场可买现场票。
Can I buy a day pass?

Yes, there are three types of tickets: Day Pass (13th), Day Pass (14th) and 2 Day Pass. Door sales are available on site.

哪些人群免票呢？

1.5m以下的儿童。

Do kids need a ticket?

Free entry for children under 1.5m.

有沒有安全的方法转售我的票？

建议在票星球小程序内使用转赠功能转售，只能转赠一次。

Is there a safe way to resell my ticket?

We recommend using the Resell function in the Piaoxingqiu.

◎交通 Transport

成都市区到春游音乐节现场的交通方式有哪些呢？

1.打车，费用约150元。打车定位黑龙滩梵木音乐公园

2.乘坐地铁1号线到科学城站 在视高公交站转乘T51,在金砂公园站下车步行560米到达终点黑龙滩中铁梵木音乐公园

How to get to Chun You from Chengdu?

1. Take a Didi, approx 150RMB from city.
Location: Heilongtan Fanmu Music Park

2. Take subway Line 1 to Science City, transfer to T51 at Shigao Bus Station. Get off at Jinsha Park and walk 560m to reach the festival.

自己开车过来，有停车场吗？

车子不能开进春游现场。春游场外有免费停车场，但数量有限，先到先得，或者停在路边。

Where can I park my car?

Vehicles are prohibited from entering the festival site. You may park in the carpark (spaces limited), or on the road.

我可以骑摩托车去春游吗？

摩托车不能开进春游现场。

Can I ride my motorbike to Chun You?

Motorbikes are not allowed inside the festival site.

我可以开我的露營車或房车去吗？

露营车和房车及任何机动车，均不能开进春游现场。

Can I bring my camper vehicle or caravan?

Camper vehicles are not allowed inside the festival site.

◎食品和酒水 Food & Drink

春游现场可以买食物和酒水吗？

春游现场设有多家美食酒水摊位。

Can I buy food and water at the festival?

Yes, food and beverages are available on site.

在现场购买食物和饮品如何支付？
微信，支付宝，现金。

How can I buy food and drink on site?

WeChat, Alipay, cash are all accepted.

如何在现场获得饮用水？

矿泉水可以在吧台和餐饮区和露营区购买。露营区提供免费开水。

How do I get drinking water on site?

Water can be purchased at the Bar and Food Village. Free hot water will be available in the campsite.

◎春游可以带什么？What to bring?

我可以自带食物和酒水吗？
可以带食物。今年安检升级，请勿自带酒水，否则后果自负。

Can I bring food and alcohol to Chun You?
Welcome to bring food. No BYO drinks.

我可以自带杯子和餐具去春游吗？
当然可以，但请不要带玻璃杯子。

Can I bring my own plates and cups to Chun You?

Yes, but no glass please.

我可以带烟花/火盆/及其他用火的工具吗？
Can I bring fireworks / fire poi / other fire toys?

不可以 No.

我可以带BBQ/煤气灶吗？
Can I bring a BBQ / gas cooker?

不可以 No.

我可以带自己的音响/乐器吗？
未经主办单位同意,请勿使用扩音器材从事表演活动或销售/促销行为。可以带不插电的乐器。

Can I bring my own sound system / instruments?

Please do not use amplifiers for performance, sales or promotions without permission from the organizer. Acoustic instruments are welcome.

我可以带宠物吗？
Can I bring my pet?

当然可以 Yes.

有没有存包的地方？
没有，请保管好个人财物，现场没有存包服务。

Is there bag storage?

No. Please take care of your belongings. 

有没有地方充电？
现场提供移动充电宝租赁服务。

Is there power to charge?

Power banks are available on site.

◎失物招领 Lost Property

现场遗失了物品怎么办？

春游场地内有失物招领处。

There will be a Lost Property desk at the festival.

受伤了怎么办？

现场设有医疗服务。

What should you bring?

◎春游清单

· 防蚊用品(户外蚊虫较多，请注意防范)

· 防晒用品 [墨镜、防晒霜】

· 雨衣

· 手电筒或者头灯

· 充电宝(现场也提供充电宝租赁)

· 少量零食(但不能自带酒水)

· 洗漱用品(现场有自来水!)

· 合适的衣物(天气变化较大，合理增减衣物以防生病)

· 垃圾袋(爱护环境!!随手收集垃圾!!从我做起!)

· 防潮垫、纸巾

· 可以携带少量现金，以防不时之需

· 可携带宠物(主人务必确保他人及宠物安全)

· 现场设有停车场，可自驾

· 注意安全，随时补充身体水分!

春游是朋友们在户外一起享受音乐的节日。请大家互相尊重，爱护大自然环境。歧视和骚扰是我们绝不能容忍的。peace&love

Chun You Checklist:

· Insect repellent (this is an outdoor event, prepare wisely!)

· Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Raincoat

· Torchlight for camping

· Phone charger (power banks are also available on site)

· Snacks (NO BYO drinks)

· Toiletries (tap water is available on site)

· Suitable clothing and footwear (bring something warm for the evening)

· Rubbish bags (take all trash, leave no trace!)

· Waterproof mats

· Tissues / Wipes (also available on site)

· Tent and camping gear

· Cash (just in case)

· Container for cigarette butts (please do not litter)

· Pets are allowed (owner must ensure the safety of others)

· Parking at the gate for those driving the festival

Most importantly:

Bring a positive attitude and open mind! Chun You is about enjoying music outdoors. Please respect the people around you. Discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated. Enjoy yourself, be safe and stay hydrated!

◎观众须知

·入场时请确认时间、地点。门票售出,恕不退换。

·观众必须持当日、当场有效票进场。

·购票入场者,即视为同意被主办方现场拍摄,并随录音、录像制品复制发行。

· 请在演出现场指定售票处购票,否则出现不良后果(如随得假票等情况),由购票者自行承担。

· 请勿携带各类酒水、瓶装饮料等入场。

· 严禁携带一切违禁品、枪支弹药、管制刀具和易燃易爆等危险品入场;如遇特殊情况,请协助接受安全检查。一经查获,主办方有权进行制止,没收并取消其入场资格。

· 未经主办单位同意,请勿使用扩音器材,从事表演活动或销售/促销行为。

·请爱惜这个属于我们的快乐世界,若造成场内设备或公共财物损坏,请照价赔偿,并承担相关法律责任。

·请尊重春游和参加春游的朋友。严禁任何形式的骚扰行为。损坏设备或公物者，须赔偿一切费用及追究法律责任。

·请务必保持环境卫生，请勿随意丢弃垃圾,爱护我们共同的环境。

·请务必照顾好自己和你的朋友，如果出现紧急情况请联系现场工作人员。

Ticketing: Please note the date and location of your Chun You ticket. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for the purchased date. One person per ticket. Please collect/purchase your tickets at the official ticket booth. Fake tickets will not be accepted. Ticket holders agree to be filmed on site by the organiser and give rights for any recordings to be reproduced and distributed by the festival for promotional purposes.

· Chun You is not a BYO event! Please do not bring drinks of any kind. Food and beverage is available to purchase on site.

· Contraband items such as guns, knives, flammable and/or explosives are strictly forbidden. Persons found with prohibited items will be denied entry to the festival. Please cooperate and have a safe festival.

· Do not use loudspeakers or engage in performance activities or sales/promotional activities without the consent of the organiser.

· Respect the space and people. Harassment will not be tolerated. Anyone who damages equipment or public property will be required to compensate for all costs and legal liability. 

· Leave no trace. Take all your trash (including food, plastic, cigarette butts) and leave the environment as beautiful as you found it.

· Please look after each other! Make sure your friends are drinking enough water and eating regularly. Remember to pace yourself! If you see anyone in trouble, please contact festival organisers. Stay safe, have fun and let’s enjoy the festival together!
