春游2024 ｜ 露营指南

◎开营时间 

2024年4月13日10:00-4月15日13:00

请于购票当日22:00前办理入住手续，次日中午12：00前办理退住手续。

◎营位设置 

1.营位数量：露营区共计开放450个营位，包含200个拎包入住营位及250自助扎营营位。你可以带上自己的露营装备在营区自由扎营，也可以选择直接拎包入住。

2.营位使用时间：单日露营位（包含自助营位及拎包营位）使用时间为当日上午10：00-次日中午12：00，双日露营位使用时间为音乐节开营全时段。

3.自助营区规则：自助营区仅限购买音乐节双日通票的小伙伴入住，营区规格8㎡/每点位，允许搭建一顶帐篷场地，规格超出请购买2张营位票。

4.拎包营区规则：拎包营区购买音乐节单日票及双日通票的小伙伴均可入住，帐篷及睡垫已经在营区搭建完成，可直接入住，套餐已包含营位票无需重复购买。

5.女生专区：露营区将设立女生专区，该区域男生禁止入内。选择女生专区的小伙伴可在小程序选择女生营区直接预订营位。

Campsite Hours

Opens 10am, 13 April – Closes 1pm, 15 April

Check in before 10pm on the day of your camping ticket. Check out before 12pm the next day.

Campsite Facilities

1. Camping Options: There are 450 camping spots available, including 200 self-setup spots, and 250 furnished tents. You can either bring your own camping gear, or book a furnished tent.

2. Camping Hours: Single-day camp spots (both self-setup and furnished) are valid from 10am until 12pm the next day. Two-day camp spots are available for the entire duration of the festival.

3. Self-setup Camping: Only available for two-day festival pass holders. Max size is 8㎡ per tent. For larger setups, please purchase two camping tickets.

4. Furnished Tents: Available to both one and two-day festival pass holders. Tents and bedding included.

5. Women’s Camping Zone: Exclusively for women only. Available to book directly through the Mini Program.

Equipment Rental

如果缺少或是忘带装备的小伙伴可在“山顶露营”小程序上预定装备单品，现场租售装备数量有限，建议大家提前线上预订。

Missing something? Single item rentals are available on ‘The Hilltop Camping’ app. On-site equipment will be limited, so reserve online in advance.

◎现场服务保障

1.卫生间、洗漱水龙头；

2.饮用热水、应急药品、垃圾袋；

3.营区小卖部（饮用水、一次性洗漱用品、纸巾、驱蚊水等常用物品）。

◎入住流程 

前往服务中心办理。

自助营位：出示露营购票凭证-查验音乐节门票-领取露营手环-前往指定区域扎营。

拎包营位：出示露营购票凭证-领取露营手环-领取睡袋，缴纳押金-前往帐篷区入住。

◎退住流程 

营区退住时间为次日中午12：00前，如需续住，请前往服务中心充值。

自助营位：清理垃圾后离开。

拎包营位：清理垃圾-归还睡袋-退回押金后离场。

◎露营公约

1. 尊重自然，爱护环境。请将垃圾全部打包到个人垃圾袋扔进指定垃圾桶，带走120%的垃圾；

2.因为场地属于水源保护区，白天洗漱和如厕区请在主办方指定区域，露营区临时洗漱点和移动卫生间仅在夜间开放；

3.营区禁止生火，禁止携带易燃易爆物品（如烟花爆竹、喷雾、冷烟火、照明弹），管制器具，有毒害化学物质、违禁药品等危害公共安全的危险品、非法物品、危害他人安全的物品进入露营区；

4.露营区请勿携带玻璃器皿（如玻璃饮料及酒水）、高度烈酒入场；

6.住宿帐篷内请勿吸烟、用餐，若有此类需求可移步到我们的休息区大帐篷。如需吸烟，请至露营区专门的吸烟区；

7.为了不影响露营区其他人的生活与休息，请勿携带中大型音响及扩音喇叭；

8.远离周边悬崖、山坡、池塘、湖边等危险区域；

9.地钉应钉尖朝内45度倾斜，完全钉入地面内。使用风绳应配备青蛙灯、灯串等警示标志。

◎温馨提示 

1.4月属于成都的雨季，做好防雨防寒措施，若遇上极端天气请遵循现场工作人员引导。此外因黑龙滩原生态环境优越，可能会有蚊虫作伴，请大家备好驱蚊虫用品及抗过敏药，注意防护。

2.离开帐篷时，请将自己的贵重物品、现金及证件随身携带，若有遗失，自行负责；

3.请爱护租赁的帐篷及配套设备，自觉维护营区内的各类设施设备；

4.营区内设有服务站，如有任何问题请找工作人员提供帮助；

5.请准备少量现金，防止现场网络不佳导致支付受到影响；

6.如在现场出现感冒发烧等身体状况，务必联系现场工作人员；

7.露营装备建议清单：如果你是一个露营新手，如果想来春游音乐节体验一次户外露营，以下装备建议你需要准备好。

-帐篷、防潮垫和睡袋；

-手电筒和露营灯；

-换洗衣物、毛巾、凉拖；

-牙膏、牙刷、纸巾、防晒霜、护肤品、驱蚊水等个人护理用品；

-御寒衣物；

-雨具；

-隔音耳塞、遮光眼罩；

-移动电源、充电宝；

◎Amenities

1. Toilets, washbasins.

2. Hot drinking water, emergency medical supplies, trash bags.

3. Camp Store (drinking water, toiletries, tissues, insect repellent, and other essentials).

◎Check-in

Check in at the Service Center before 10pm:

For self-setup: Show your camping and festival ticket to get your camping wristband, then set-up your tent in the designated area.

For furnished tents: Show your camping ticket to get your camping wristband. Once you’ve paid your tent deposit (A: 300RMB, B: 500RMB, C: 800RMB), you’ll be given your sleeping bags and can check-in to your tent.

◎Check-out

Check-out by 12pm the next day. To extend, please visit the Service Center:

For self-setup: Pack down, clean up and leave.

For furnished tents: Clean up, return sleeping bags, retrieve deposit.

◎Campground Rules

1. Respect nature, protect the environment. Take all trash; leave no trace.

2. The campsite bathrooms are only open at night. During the daytime, please use the festival bathrooms.

3. No fire zone. Campfires and hazardous materials (e.g., fireworks, flammable items, controlled substances) are strictly prohibited.

4. Glassware and spirits are not allowed inside the campground.

5. No smoking or eating inside furnished tents; designated smoking areas are provided.

6. Avoid bringing large speakers to respect your fellow campers.

7. Stay away from dangerous areas such as cliffs, slopes and ponds.

8. Secure tent stakes at a 45-degree angle and add safety markers.

◎Tips

1. April is rainy season in Chengdu. Prepare for rain and cold weather. Follow staff guidance during extreme conditions. We recommend bringing insect repellent and allergy medication.

2. Keep hold of your valuables, cash, and ID when leaving your tent.

3. Take care of furnished tents and on-site campground facilities.

4. The Service Center is available to assist with any campsite issues.

5. Bring cash in case of poor network signal on-site.

6. If feeling unwell (e.g., cold, fever), contact staff immediately.

7. Camping Checklist, consider bringing the following gear:

- Tent, damp-proof mat, sleeping bag;

- Torch, camp light;

- Spare clothes, warm layers, rain gear, towel, slippers;

- Toothpaste, toothbrush, tissues, sunscreen, skincare, mosquito repellent;

- Earplugs, eye mask;

- Phone charger, power bank.
