印刷术作为中国四大发明之一，是古代创新的智慧成果和科学技术，不仅推动了知识的广泛传播，更成为文化交流的重要桥梁。日前，维迈VCAN成功签约龙港印刷文化中心，将为龙港·印艺小镇客厅打造一个印艺文化全景体验、旅游中心、创意产业与文化科普教育等多功能于一身的综合性平台与核心展示”窗口“。
Printing technology, as one of the four great inventions of China, is a fruit of ancient innovation and wisdom in science and technology. It not only facilitated the widespread dissemination of knowledge but also became an important bridge for cultural exchange. Recently, VCAN has successfully signed a contract with the Longgang Printing Culture Center, which will create a comprehensive platform integrating a panoramic experience of printing culture, a tourism center, creative industries, and cultural science education for the Longgang · Printing Art Town's living room, serving as a "core display window" for multiple functions.
Longgang Printing Culture Center is located in Longgang City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. Its printing industry originated from the woodblock carving and printing dyeing industry in ancient Cangnan territory. After hundreds of years of development, Longgang has evolved from a "boss village" to a "peasant city," and then to a modern new city. The printing industry here has witnessed the historical transformation of Longgang from industrial agglomeration to the establishment of a city, setting a benchmark for the construction of a new type of urbanization.
The third and fourth floors are the Longgang Industry Planning and Printing Art Experience Hall, respectively. Using time as the thread, they showcase the rapid changes in Longgang's printing industry. Travel through the time tunnel to revisit the old streets and docks of Longgang; experience the rejuvenated appearance of Longgang in the digital age through the sand table.
The establishment of the Longgang Printing Culture Center is not only an inheritance of the history of Chinese printing technology but also a leading force for the future development of the printing industry. VCAN will continue to leverage its strengths, uphold the spirit of innovation, and commit to contributing to the printing culture in Longgang and across the country, rapidly achieving the digitalization, intelligentization, and internationalization of the printing industry.
