In order to welcome the 17th International Archives Day, the Jiangyan District Construction Archives Smart Exhibition Hall built by VCAN was officially opened. Click on the video to see the opening ceremony姜堰区建设档案智慧展厅从姜堰的城市本源入手，用时间的窗口窥见城市的风景，以此来向这座城市致敬。The Jiangyan District Construction Archives Smart Exhibition Hall starts from the urban origin of Jiangyan, using the window of time to glimpse the city's scenery, as a tribute to this city. 开馆仪式上，泰州市住建局城建档案馆馆长可小利、副馆长蒋嘉，姜堰区妇联主席潘晓红，姜堰区住建局党组成员孙小鹏，团区委副书记陆璐，维迈股份董事会主席陈章勤，维迈股份董事长、维迈VCAN品牌创始人榕榕，维迈VCAN副总裁陈德才以及相关新闻媒体人士参加活动。At the opening ceremony, Ke Xiaoli, the director of the Urban Construction Archives of the Taizhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Deputy Director Jiang Jia, Pan Xiaohong, the chairwoman of the Jiangyan District Women's Federation, Sun Xiaopeng, a member of the Party Group of the Jiangyan District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Lu Lu, the deputy secretary of the Jiangyan District Committee, Chen Zhangqin, the chairman of the board of VCAN, Lisa Rong, the chairman of VCAN and the founder of the VCAN brand, VCAN Vice President Chen Decai，as well as relevant news media personnel attended the event.维迈股份董事会主席陈章勤在媒体交流环节表示，作为一位土生土长的姜堰人，这里留下了自己童年最美好的回忆，希望可以通过这个智慧展厅记录下家乡繁荣发展的足迹，从多个方面显现这座城市的城建历史和文化底蕴，能够让更多下一代看到姜堰的日新月异。
Chen Zhangqin, Chairman of the Board of VCAN, expressed during the media communication session that as a native of Jiangyan, this place has left him with the most beautiful memories of his childhood. He hopes that through this Smart Exhibition Hall, the prosperous development of his hometown can be recorded, revealing the city's construction history and cultural heritage from multiple aspects, allowing more of the next generation to see the ever-changing Jiangyan.

"The City of Three Waters," Jiangyan, is a place of cultural prosperity and a gathering of talents. In order to allow visitors to gain an intuitive and in-depth understanding of the development and changes of Jiangyan city at the Jiangyan District Construction Archives Smart Exhibition Hall, the VCAN team has delved deeply into the value of the archives on the basis of the traditional exhibition hall. They have taken "Memory, Walk, and Happiness" as the main narrative thread, interspersed with two sub-threads of "Witness and Guard," carefully selecting text and images that fit the theme, and organically linking them to form a complete system.![]()
展厅在打破空间限制上谋突破，巧妙设计了“水中涟漪”“时光档案”与“幸福之城”三个不同主题展区，通过灵活设计观展路线，突破物理空间限制，让3个展区观展连贯互通，全力打造新颖先锋又具备项目特色的城建档案智慧展馆。
The exhibition hall seeks breakthroughs in breaking spatial limitations, ingeniously designing three different themed exhibition areas: "Ripple in the Water," "Time Archives," and "City of Happiness." By flexibly designing the exhibition route and breaking through the limitations of physical space, the three exhibition areas are interconnected and coherent, making every effort to create an innovative and pioneering construction archives smart exhibition hall with distinctive project features.
“水中涟漪”展区以水为元素，通过影像展示三水之城的时光变迁与发展历程。“时光档案”收集了大量城市建设印记，展示城建档案和城市发展故事。“幸福之城”展区的设计思路是跟随时钟，以24小时为视角，将镜头聚焦到每个为城市默默付出的普通人，以小人物的点点滴滴，来展示姜堰城建温暖而向上的力量。
The "Ripple in the Water" exhibition area takes water as its element, showcasing the temporal changes and development of the City of Three Waters through images. The "Time Archives" has collected a large number of urban construction marks, displaying the stories of urban construction archives and city development. The design concept of the "City of Happiness" exhibition area follows the clock, taking a 24-hour perspective, focusing the lens on every ordinary person who silently contributes to the city. By showing the small deeds of these individuals, it displays the warm and uplifting power of Jiangyan's urban construction.
凝聚维迈VCAN团队诚意与技术创意的智慧展厅，以纪录片形式为主线的内容，完美融入高新智能设备，穿插可触摸、可观看、可互动的艺术装置，结合声、光、电效果让展厅具备灵敏准确的感知功能、流畅准确的交互功能以及行之有效的执行功能，给参观者带来犹如在水中姜堰、镜中罗塘里行走的沉浸式观展体验。The Exhibition Hall, embodying the sincerity and technical creativity of the VCAN team, takes the form of a documentary as its main content thread. It seamlessly integrates high-tech intelligent devices, interspersed with touchable, viewable, and interactive art installations. Combined with sound, light, and electrical effects, the exhibition hall is equipped with sensitive and accurate perception functions, smooth and precise interaction capabilities, and effective execution functions. This provides visitors with an immersive exhibition experience, as if walking through the waters of Jiangyan and the reflections in Luotang.![]()

据悉，智慧展厅开启后，将采取预约开放和固定日开放相结合的形式，供市民参观。姜堰区住建局相关负责人表示，下一步，将积极开展城市更新摄影比赛、老照片收集、智慧展厅开放等多种活动，进一步讲好城建故事，实现档案工作社会价值。
It is reported that after the opening of the Exhibition Hall, a combination of appointment-based and regular open days will be adopted for public visits. The person in charge of the Jiangyan District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau stated that the next steps will include actively organizing various activities such as urban renewal photography contests, collection of old photos, and open days for the Exhibition Hall. These efforts aim to further tell the stories of urban construction and realize the social value of archival work.
