About Us

INTRODUCTION

Responsibility:

As Project Manager Leader to:

1. Manage and mentor PMs within the team

   
   

2. Lead the planning of goals, budget, resources and overall schedule for all the projects in a program

   
   

3. Define program governance structure and communication plan

   
   

4. Coordinate cross-project demands within the team and manage interdependencies

   
   

5. Manage at least 1 project within the team to lead the quality example of project delivery

   
   

6. Closely monitor all projects within the team for quality assurance and key milestones

   
   

7. Act as the first escalation point for project managers

As Project Manager to:

1. Lead the complete project life cycle from kick off to handover

   
   

2. Act as the main point of contact for ALL aspects during project delivery

   
   

3. Align project scope, schedule and resource planning with sales and other functional teams

   
   

4. Create and own project communication plans (internal & external)

   
   

5. Motivate project team and facilitate on-time delivery of project team’s deliverables

   
   

6. Work at least 50% onsite during installation and testing phases

   
   

7. Plan project budget and manage project margin

   
   

8. Actively manage project finance including invoicing, milestone payments, freight, travel expenses, change orders and contractor payments

   
   

9. Control project scope and manage scope change process with client

Required Skill and Capability：

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

   
   

2. At least 5 years of project management experience. Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields

   
   

3. Business fluency in English, other European language is a plus

   
   

4. Excellent communication and presentation skill

   
   

5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure

   
   

6. Accept business travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 60-80% of the time)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills：

1. With valid German work permit

   
   

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred

   
   

3. Be able to work full-time for 6 month internship and willingness to become full-time employee afterwards

   
   

4. Be able to adapt to frequent travel needs in Europe, with travel time accounting for 70%-80%

   
   

5. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to meet daily and business communication needs
