Internship - Department Assistant
Location
Langen, Germany
Responsibilities:
Track project progress, collect project data, and organize project documentation
Collect, organize, and archive technical documents, ensuring the security of the document library
Coordinate communication between the Energy Storage Business Unit and other departments
Assist in client visits, participate in business and product meetings, and prepare meeting materials
Conduct key data analysis for the department, update weekly reports and meetings promptly, and follow up on tasks
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and reliability
Detail-oriented and patient
Proficient in using Office software
Proficiency in German and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred
Project management experience is preferred
