2024年11月2日，爱丁堡公爵国际奖华北区颁奖典礼在北京王府半岛酒店举行。在2023年度，共有3,831 名年轻人报名注册，开启爱奖的历程；截至本周，今年度在中国内地共计有 756 位参与者完成了他们的铜奖、银奖和金奖。今天，铜奖、银奖和金奖的代表在超过70位来宾的见证下，庆祝他们的成就。
爱丁堡公爵国际奖于2024年开始进行对学校奖项执行中心，开放奖项执行中心和推荐的服务提供方开展五星评估计划。表彰了星级执行机构以及优秀的协调员和导师。游美营地连续4年获得“爱丁堡公爵国际奖户外探索科目推荐服务提供方”资质，并在此次表彰中荣获5-Star Delivery Partner 殊荣。
游美营地爱奖AJ参与者在北京接受颁奖，北京爱迪学校的张祖瑞同学曾于2023年夏季参加游美在北京站举办的爱奖户外探索金奖旅程，并在本次颁奖典礼上进行分享。
The ceremony was hosted by Chris Cartwright from Beijing Keystone Academy, who is also a member of the Award Advisory Committee of Duke of Edinburgh's International Award China, and is himself a Gold Awardee.
本次颁奖典礼由来自北京鼎石学校的Chris Cartwright 主持，他也是爱丁堡公爵国际奖中国区奖项咨询委员会的委员，本人也是爱奖金奖的获得者。
The ceremony began with the opening speech of Mr. Garrison Lu Feng, Chairman and National Director of DofE Award China. Mr. Lu introduced the number of 2023 registrants and the completed awardee number of 2024. On behalf of the DofE Award China, he thanked the delivery partners of the Award, and congratulated everyone on their outstanding contributions to holistic education! Of course, the most important thing is getting ready to witness the teens achieving the Award!
典礼在爱奖中国区主席陆丰老师的欢迎辞中开始。陆老师介绍了爱奖2023注册人数及2024获奖人数等信息，代表爱奖中国区感谢了爱奖执行伙伴及合作伙伴，感谢和祝贺大家在青少年全人教育上的卓越贡献！当然，最重要的还是见证青少年们的获奖！

This year, we were particularly pleased to welcome the presence and sharing of our Gold Awardees! Mr. Zurui Zhang from Beijing AiDi School is a member of the Gold Award GRP - Discover Hong Kong, and has known the staff of the Award for a long time. It is our honor to witness his award journey along the way! He thanked his teachers and classmates for being with him along the way and shared his courage and perseverance in the adventurous journey without giving up!

Apart from the participants, the most indispensable part of the delivery of the award is of course the support from the Award Coordinators, Award leaders and school management. Thank you to Ms. Echo Su, Award Leader from Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada, for her sharing.

The Bronze, Silver and Gold Awardees received certificates as well as recognition from all the teachers, parents and supporters present. Of course, even more memorable and encouraging is the sense of achievement they gained from their Award journey, the courage to meet challenges and difficulties, and their perseverance and determination! Let's congratulate all the Awardees!
Since last year, the Award in China has set up two important committees, who are Strategic Development Committee and Award Advisory Committee that focused on specific growth and development areas of the Award and they are a group of volunteers who highly recognize the vision and mission of the Award. At the award ceremony, Mr. Garrison Lu presented certificates to the members of the Award Advisory Committee - Chris Cartwright from Beijing Keystone Academy and Andy Truong from Concord College of Sino-Canada Group.

The Duke of Edinburgh's International Awards began a 5-star Evaluation plan for AC,OAC and RAP in 2024. At the awards ceremony, we also recognized and thanked a number of star-rated delivery partners, Award Leaders and Award Coordinators that were present!
