步驟一：獲取選舉權與被選舉權

1. BECOME A CUPSA BASIC MEMBER

申請成為研會基本會員獲取選舉權與被選舉權（僅適用於尚未成為基本會員之香港中文大學研究生）。請點擊以下鏈接申請成為基本會員並繳納一次性之會費港幣一百元正，成為研會基本會員【註2】。

Please apply to become a CUPSA Basic Member to obtain the right to vote and stand for election (only applicable for postgraduates of The Chinese University of Hong Kong who have yet to become a basic member). 步驟二：會長團隊和部門部長、幹事的遴選

2. ELECTION OF PRESIDENTIAL CABINET AND DEPARTMENT EXECUTIVES

2.1 會長競選者自薦 

2.1 Nomination of Presidential Candidates

每位基本會員可通過以下鏈接自薦為會長、內務副會長、外務副會長、常務副會長之候選人【註3】。

2.2 會長競選演說

2.2 Formation of the Proposed Presidential Cabinet

自薦者可选演講稿（PowerPoint）形式進行競選演說【註4】，日期與時間見本節末。選舉委員會將在2.1中所述截止時間後以電郵形式通知自薦者演講的方式。競選演說內容應包括但不僅限於：

1） 自我介紹；

2） 過往參與或籌劃過的研會的活動，及其感想、心得或改進措施（如有）；

3） 對自薦職位的認知；

4） 對自薦職位的規劃；

5） 對研會發展的規劃；

6） 對其他志願（如有）的演說。

以上演說之演講稿（PowerPoint）應使用英文，演說語言則需使用約50%的英文與50%中文，中文部分使用普通話或廣東話均可（國際生不要求中文）。每位候選人的演說時間不限制，演說結束後將接受選舉委員會與在場其他候選人（如有）提問【註5】。 

Presidential candidates can make campaign speeches with PowerPoint [4]. The date and time are as below. The Election Committee will instantly inform the candidates with the presentation venue after the application deadline in 2.1. The presentation should include, but is not limited to:

1) Self-introduction;

2) Experience on participating in or contributions to organising events of CUPSA, with comments for improvement (if any);

3) Understanding of the selected position;

4) Plans for the selected position;

5) Plans for the development of CUPSA;

6) Contents of other priorities (if any).

The presentation materials are required to be written in English, and the language of speech should be English (50%) and Chinese (50%) (both Cantonese and Mandarin are accepted; international students are not required to use Chinese). The speech time of each candidate is not limited. After the speech, candidates will answer the questions from the Election Committee and other candidates based on their presentations (if any) [5].

2.3 各部門部長和幹事

2.3 Election of General Executives and General Coordinators of Different Departments

研會幹事會目前有7個常設部門，分別為財務處、秘書處、學術發展處、就業服務處、宣傳處、文化交流處、公共關係處（排名不分先後）。有意成為部門部長和幹事的基本會員請通過以下鏈接申請【註6】；

There are 7 Departments in CUPSA, e.g., Treasury, Secretary, Administration, Academic Development, Career Service, Publicity, Inter-Culture Communications, Public Relations (not listed by priority nor ranking). Basic Members who are interested in becoming a Department General Executive or General Coordinator can apply via the link below [6].

2.4 組閣

2.4 Completion of Proposed Cabinet

選舉委員會將根據各候選人的意向，結合實際情況，公佈2025屆研究生會候選幹事會的成員。

Based on the intentions and performances of candidates, the Election Committee with announce the proposed member of the 2025 CUPSA EXCO.

步驟三：宣傳

STEP 3: PROMOTION

研會2025屆幹事會候選內閣進行線上和線下的宣傳，爭取基本會員認可。

The proposed completed cabinet (arose from 2.4) of 2020 will promote themselves (both online and offline) to get the approval vote of Basic Members.

選舉委員會邀請香港中文大學學生事務處代表監督公佈全民投票結果。

Election Committee will invite the Office of Student Affairs of The Chinese University of Hong Kong to monitor and announce the results of the referendum.

附注：

【註1】選舉委員會有權根據實際情況將所有所述日期與時間合理延後。

【註2】根據會章，基本會員為已申請並一次性繳交會費（港幣一百元）之中文大學研究生。未申請及繳交會費之中文大學研究生為研會附屬會員。

【註3】自薦者在自薦之前，請確保自己已具備基本會員之身份，否則相關自薦無效。

【註4】如有選擇多於一個志願，演講稿及其演說內容應以第一志願為主，其他志願為輔。

【註5】選舉委員會有權臨場對演說流程做合理的變動。

【註6】所有幹事會成員在任期結束後，均可獲得學生事務處或研會頒發的相關證明書。選舉委員會有權增加或刪除部門/職位，但必須包含會長，內務副會長，外務副會長，財務，秘書。自薦者在自薦之前，請確保自己已具備基本會員之身份，否則相關自薦無效。

【註7】如有選擇多於一個志願，申請函應以第一志願為主，其他志願僅需簡述。

NOTES:

[1] The Election Committee has the right to change the dates above if needed.

[2] Based on CUPSA’s constitution, Basic Members are postgraduate students of The Chinese University of Hong Kong who apply for membership and pay a one-time membership fee (HKD 100). Postgraduate students who do not apply and pay the fee are considered CUPSA sub-members.

[3] Before nominating please ensure that you are a Basic Member of CUPSA, or else the nomination is rendered invalid.

[4] If the candidate chooses more than one positions, his or her presentation should be mainly focused on his or her first priority.

[5] The Election Committee has the right to change the presentation process.

[6] After the term of office, all of the cabinet members will obtain a certificate from the Office of Student Affairs (OSA). The Election Committee has tone right to add or cut the departments or positions, but should remain the President, the Internal Vice President, the External Vice President, the Treasurer and the Secretary.

[7] If the candidate chooses more than one positions, his or her application form should be mainly focused on his or her first priority.
