△巴西第一民族文化委员会文化遗产规划师、联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产培训师卢卡斯·多斯·桑托斯·罗克发言
巴西第一民族文化委员会文化遗产规划师、联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产培训师卢卡斯·多斯·桑托斯·罗克先生则被馆内的展品所感动。他说,在每一件展品前他都想落泪,因为他能体会到场馆在设计之初就充满了对传承人的尊重,对非遗项目保护的专业态度。他就传承人与非遗馆互动关系、社区参与非遗数据共享等方面,和与会嘉宾开展了热烈地互动交流。

The Advisory Committee and foreign observers of CRIHAP_UNESCO paid a cultural study visit to Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum on 27th November. The visit is one major part of the 10th session of the Advisory Committee of CRIHAP_UNESCO.
In their visit to the museum, the delegation made a field investigation of the museum collection and appreciated wonderful traditional theater performance of Zhejiang. Afterwards, a panel discussion, Ms. Ye Tao, Deputy Director of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Office of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture Radio Television and Tourism,attending the discussion.
Ms. Guo Yi, Director and Curator of Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Safeguarding Center (Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum), expressed her warm welcome and sincere appreciation to the guests on behalf of the museum, and then made a general overview of Zhejiang’s rich intangible cultural heritage (ICH), highlighting the strengths of its safeguarding system, institution, mechanism as well as the museum’s exhibition philosophy, history and displays. Ms. Guo also stated that the museum will continue to exert efforts in personnel development, systematic safeguarding, digital innovation, public welfare funding and social collaboration. The museum is dedicated to fostering economic growth through safeguarding ICH, empowering social development and ensuring that the benefits are accessible to all.
Ms. Lai Xuefang, a coordinator from the Promotion and Communication Department of the museum, delivered a speech titled “Sustainable Dissemination Practices of ICH in Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum”, introducing the concept of “people+process” in the museum’s practice and exploring the physical space for showcasing research and dissemination of live ICH from the concept and methods of ICH interpretation and sustainable operation mechanism. Xie Xiao, Secretary of Party Committee of Rui’an Administration of Culture Television Tourism and Sports, delivered a speech on the safeguarding and inheritance of movable type printing techniques in Rui’an, emphasizing that the integration of cultural and tourism adds value to intangible cultural heritage.
Ms. Zhang Min, former Counsellor of the Permanent Delegation of China to UNESCO, observed that the study visit would significantly benefit the steady international dissemination of Chinese culture and enhance exchanges and mutual understanding between Chinese and foreign civilizations. She emphasized that the dynamic practices showcased by Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, particularly in exhibition concepts and live demonstrations, are immensely valuable and merit global promotion as an exemplary case.
Ms. Deirdré Marina Prins-Solani, global seminar fellow and faculty member, shared insights on community participation in dynamic heritage conservation and how ICH museums can balance the tension between the fixed nature of exhibition and the dynamic nature of development.
Mr. Lucas Dos Santos Roque, Cultural Heritage Planner, the First People’s Cultural Council of Brazil and UNESCO facilitator for Intangible Culture Heritage, said with affection that he was nearly brought to tears before each exhibit, as he could sense the museum’s profound respect for ICH inheritors and its professional dedication to preserving ICH elements. He engaged in a heartfelt and interactive dialogue with the guests on the symbiotic relationship between the inheritors and the museum, as well as the community participation in ICH data sharing.
Mr. Wei Lizhong, a representative inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage of wood-block printing technique, and Mr. Sheng Yiyuan, a representative inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage of tin carving, also share d their perspectives on education, community engagement, museum roles, craftsmanship, and global communication.
Besides, Courier, UNESCO flagship publication found its permanent home at the ICH Digital and Documentation Center on the fourth floor of Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, which will serve public readers on a regular basis.
The delegation expressed their profound admiration for the museum. In the afternoon, the delegation conducted a field survey in Gongsu District, including a visit to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum, Zhejiang Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Documentation Center, Wang Xingji Fan Industrial Park and other places. In the evening, the guests were back to the museum and watched a Kunqu Opera performance with great interest.This cultural activity underscored the importance of advancing ICM museum and sharing best practices in international training.
