Introduction:
The Master of Science in Engineering (Infrastructure Engineering and Management) (IEM) Programme is a part-time/full-time postgraduate programme, intending to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills in intelligent and innovative infrastructure engineering, construction, and management. There are two specialization streams, namely ‘Digital Infrastructure’ and ‘Infrastructure Project Management’.
Curriculum:
The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including Artificial Intelligence, Building Information Modeling, Automation and Robotics, Computer Vision, Infrastructure Diagnosis and Prognosis, Megaproject Management, Modular Integrated Construction, Environmental impact assessment, and Sustainable construction technology. These topics reflect cutting-edge advancements in the infrastructure and construction field. The programme is designed to prepare students for successful professional careers in a rapidly evolving construction industry, emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and technology integration.
