为打造涉外服务专业化队伍，“涉外服务咨询窗口”人员由具备政务服务基础的英语专业或海外留学经历的优秀人才组成。现场，工作人员为居民提供专业解答，并指导居民进行手机操作。
“以前线下咨询涉外业务要开车半个多小时去武昌，如今在公司附近就能咨询，工作人员非常耐心地解答疑问、服务周到，太方便了！”陈先生感叹。
