After the award ceremony, everyone participated in a variety of engaging ground team-building activities. These activities are aimed to strengthen team cohesion and improve employees' collaboration and communication skills. Whether it was the relay race that tested team synergy or the challenging obstacle course, each employee unleashed their enthusiasm amid laughter and mutual encouragement. Through these interactions, team members developed closer cooperation, and their mutual understanding deepened.
活动的最大亮点无疑是充满挑战的爬树项目。在专业教练的指导下，每位员工穿戴安全装备，勇敢迎接高空挑战。尽管过程中遇到一些困难，但大家都坚定信念，勇敢面对、坚持不懈，当挑战成功时，全场掌声雷动。这个项目不仅增强了员工的勇气和自信，也让团队在相互支持中克服了恐惧，释放了工作压力，充分体验了挑战自我、突破极限的乐趣。
The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the challenging tree-climbing activity. Under the guidance of professional instructors, each employee donned safety gear and bravely faced the high-altitude challenge. Despite encountering some difficulties along the way, everyone remained determined, facing their fears with courage and perseverance. When they successfully completed the challenge, the entire group erupted into applause. This activity not only boosted the employees' courage and confidence, but also allowed the team to overcome fears through mutual support, collectively relieving work stress, and fully experiencing the joy of pushing personal limits and breaking through boundaries.
