Your challenge

As a user engagement consultant, you coach and guide our customers’ key users and planners to ensure the optimal use of the OMP planning solution. Your training helps them understand the fundamentals of supply chain planning. You also act as the first point of contact for key users, planners, and subject matter experts for tool-related questions.


You are responsible for:

  • Supporting key users and subject matter experts during functionality validation by preparing validation workshops and guiding the validation of all possible business scenario variants.

  • Ensuring planning actions support the business objectives and KPIs defined in the design phase.

  • Guiding the business process owner to refine planning activities into planning actions within all relevant constraints.

  • Sharing best practices and useful tips and tricks for maximum planner satisfaction.

  • Documenting the planning cycle into flow charts and clear instruction.

Your profile

Your challenge

As a supply chain consultant, you equip customers with supply chain planning solutions. You analyze planning challenges, assist in the solution design, implement and validate the solution, and ensure a smooth go-live. Customers rely on your support throughout the entire project life cycle.


You are responsible for:

  • Finding clever planning solutions in collaboration with our solution architects to ensure an impeccable, high-quality implementation.

  • Implementing the solution from start to finish, together with the customer’s project team.

  • Providing expertise during and after implementation.

  • Training customers so they get the most of their solution.

  • Documenting the implemented solutions by providing technical descriptions to your fellow consultants and functional notes to the customer.

Your challenge

As an Advisory Manager, you put your supply chain knowledge, industry experience, and product expertise at the service of our customers. You develop high-level solution concepts, create supply chain planning blueprints, and support continuous improvement. You successfully guide a team of advisory consultants during the advisory phase of our projects and organize efficient hand-over to the Delivery teams.


You are responsible for:

Your challenge

As an Advisory Consultant, you optimize our customers’ supply chain. Your contributions assist with designing their optimal supply chain planning cycle and organization, analyzing needs and challenges, and reviewing processes and roles. You leverage your vast industry expertise to support supply chain leaders with strategic advice.


You are responsible for:

  • Analyzing your customers’ supply chain needs and challenges.

  • Reviewing the current processes and roles and defining the project scope.

  • Defining the ideal supply chain planning landscape and cycle, as well as the required organization to support this planning cycle.

  • Developing business cases and road maps.

  • Performing maturity assessments.

Customer Services Consultant 

(1st line)

Your challenge

As a Customer Services Consultant, you are the first point of contact when customers encounter issues with our software. With your high-level overview, you gather the necessary information on their questions and issues. You then assign tickets to second-line colleagues, or if necessary, to third-line experts.


You are responsible for:

  • Making your customers’ day by providing solutions for the challenging problems they experience.

  • Reducing outstanding customer calls. You take ownership of the tickets assigned to you and are determined to find solutions.

  • Accurately estimating the importance, urgency, and difficulty of the support request.

  • Preparing clear and structured input on tickets that need support from one of your colleagues and ensuring the ticket is handled accordingly.

  • Maintaining a strong network within your team and the company to find the optimal solution for your customer.

  • Balancing your time, priorities, and incoming tickets while always keeping an overview.

  • Supporting the invoicing process:

- Establish invoices respecting the rules and regulations.

- Gathering information and preparing reports of travel costs for invoicing.

- Managing and filing commercial documents such as incoming customer orders and outgoing customer offers.

- Making financial planning and invoicing schedules for software projects based on project plans, milestones, and payment schedules.

- Correctly registering financial information in the ERP system.

- Following up on the correct and timely invoicing of projects.

  • Managing budgets during project implementation.

- Issuing periodic reports summarizing the financial and budgetary performance of projects.

Your challenge

As a Customer Application Consultant, your mission is to keep the OMP Solution up and running for customers and to support key-users with your expert knowledge. You will be the single point of contact within the OMP organization for a specific customer application. Having a strong affinity with continuous improvement, you will assist and guide your colleagues, allowing them to provide excellent customer services for this application.


You are responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining the Customer Application Knowledge Base with the customized functionality, troubleshooting guide, and practical how-to documents.
