The 988-kilometer-long Hainan Coastal Scenic Highway is purposefully designed to promote the development of tourism sector in Hainan. Encircling the coastline of Hainan and backed by towering lush mountains and tropical rainforest, it offers breathtaking views of the vast sea and expansive sky. The Highway connects 12 coastal cities and counties on Hainan Island, giving tourists access to the most distinctive tourism resources. 1.48公里的蝶型小岛，四周海域的水质清澈透明，蜈支洲岛海洋运动俱乐部提供各种潜水项目和海上活动。岛南礁石林立，岛北有极美白色沙滩，岛中部的妈祖庙至今依然香火鼎盛。珊瑚酒店造型融合海洋元素，酒店内繁花似锦，可以享受远离喧嚣的避世氛围。

宗教文化是海南文化独特的风景线。佛教大约于唐朝中期传入海南，鉴真和尚曾到东山岭传经布道，而今伫立在南山文化旅游区的108米海上观音更是香火不断；此外，海南还是道教南宗创始人白玉蟾的出生和归隐地，大小洞天鳌山古道上比比皆是的摩崖石刻也是非常珍贵的道教文化遗存。
Religious culture is a unique component of Hainan culture. Buddhism was introduced to Hainan around the middle of the Tang Dynasty. The 108-meter Guanyin statue in the Nanshan Cultural Tourism Area attracts visitors every year. Besides, Hainan is also the birthplace and home of Bai Yuchan, the founder of the Southern Sect of Taoism.

钟楼坐落在海甸河畔的椰林中，有着哥特式尖顶和清水红砖的墙身，在夕阳下更添别样浪漫。始建于1928年，历经百年风雨，作为旧时港口航运的计时器，它见证了海口城市发展和变迁的见证。
Seated inside the coconut grove besides Haidian River, Bell Tower features a Gothic pinnacle and red-brick walls, exuding unique romance in the setting sun.
