The Montelibano office is located in Mexico City and was designed by Devas Paisaje to create an outdoor environment that promotes collaboration, inspires creativity, and enhances connections for the four design companies that share the office space. The garden is the core of the entire project, providing people with space for contemplation, teamwork, and social interaction, while perfectly integrating with the surrounding urban environment.

场地规划与功能分区
Faced with the 810 square meters of the site, the design team cleverly retained natural elements such as native trees while maximizing its functionality. Through careful zoning planning, a variety of spaces were created for teams and activities of different sizes. For example, relatively independent small team discussion areas were set up, separated by plants or landscape sketches to ensure a certain degree of privacy; at the same time, open public activity areas were planned, which are suitable for large-scale team gatherings or creative exchange activities, ensuring that each space is both independent and interconnected, and the overall landscape is harmonious and unified.
面对 810 平方米的场地，设计团队在最大化其功能的同时，巧妙地保留了如原生树木等自然元素。通过精心的分区规划，为不同规模的团队和活动创造了多样化的空间。例如，设置了相对独立的小型团队讨论区，利用植物或景观小品进行分隔，保证了一定的私密性；同时也规划出开阔的公共活动区域，适合举办大型的团队聚会或创意交流活动，确保各个空间既独立又相互联系，整体景观和谐统一。
The path design in the garden not only connects the various functional areas, but also guides people to stroll and explore. The path is paved with local stones, which not only complements the natural environment, but also shows the regional characteristics, while providing people with a stable walking surface.
花园中的路径设计既连接了各个功能区域，又引导人们在其中漫步和探索。路径采用当地石材铺设，不仅与自然环境相得益彰，还展现了地域特色，同时为人们提供了稳定的行走表面。
材料选择与景观融合
Local stone is widely used in outdoor spaces, such as for building seats and paving roads. The natural texture and color of the stone echo the surrounding environment, making it seem to grow naturally from the land, giving people a sense of simplicity and solidity. The addition of wooden elements adds warmth and craftsmanship to the entire space, which may be reflected in facilities such as wooden planks, wooden flower stands or rest pavilions, which match the stone to form a visual effect of both hardness and softness.
当地石材被广泛应用于户外空间，如用于建造座椅和铺设道路。石材的天然质感和颜色与周围环境相呼应，使其仿佛是从土地中自然生长出来一般，给人一种质朴而坚实的感觉。木质元素的加入则为整个空间增添了温暖和工艺感，可能体现在木栈道、木制花架或休息亭等设施上，与石材相互搭配，形成了刚柔并济的视觉效果。
In terms of vegetation selection, full consideration was given to sunlight exposure and local climate adaptability. Plant species that can thrive locally and do not require much maintenance were selected to ensure the sustainability of the landscape. These plants not only beautify the environment, but also provide people with practical functions such as sunshade and fresh air, creating a comfortable and pleasant outdoor work and communication atmosphere. For example, tall trees provide people with natural parasols, while low shrubs and flowers increase the layering and color richness of the landscape.
在植被选择方面，充分考虑了阳光照射和当地气候适应性。选择了既能在当地茁壮成长又无需过多维护的植物品种，确保景观的可持续性。这些植物不仅美化了环境，还为人们提供了遮阳、清新空气等实际功能，营造出一个舒适宜人的户外工作和交流氛围。例如，高大的乔木为人们提供了自然的遮阳伞，而低矮的灌木和花卉则增加了景观的层次感和色彩丰富度。
特色设施与细节处理
In order to meet the needs of outdoor work and leisure, multiple rest areas are set up with comfortable seats. Some of these seats are arranged around trees so that people can feel the breath of nature when they rest; some are located in open areas so that people can enjoy the view of the whole garden. In addition, some creative landscape sketches may be set up, such as art sculptures or small water features, to add artistic atmosphere and interest to the space.
为了满足户外工作和休闲的需求，设置了多个休息区，配备了舒适的座椅，这些座椅有的围绕着树木布置，让人们在休息时能感受到自然的气息；有的则位于开阔区域，方便人们欣赏整个花园的景色。此外，还可能设置了一些创意性的景观小品，如艺术雕塑或小型水景，为空间增添了艺术氛围和趣味性。
In terms of the irrigation system, Rain Bird Corporation products were selected to ensure that the plants can get the right amount of water to maintain a good growth state. At the same time, Celurock's gravel stabilizer is used to fix the gravel ground in the garden to prevent the gravel from shifting and ensure the stability and beauty of the ground. Meraki Pots planting containers may be used to plant some special plants, adding a unique decorative element to the garden. These details together enhance the quality and functionality of the entire outdoor space.
在灌溉系统方面，选用了 Rain Bird Corporation 的产品，确保植物能够得到适量的水分供应，维持良好的生长状态。同时，使用 Celurock 的砾石稳定剂来固定花园中的砾石地面，防止砾石移位，保证地面的稳定性和美观性。而 Meraki Pots 的种植容器则可能被用于种植一些特色植物，为花园增添了独特的装饰元素，这些细节处理共同提升了整个户外空间的品质和功能性。
The outdoor decoration design of Montelibano's office successfully achieved a perfect integration of natural elements and functional space within a limited site. Through reasonable planning, carefully selected materials and meticulous facility configuration, it provides office staff with an outdoor environment that is full of vitality, inspiring creativity and in harmony with nature, promoting communication and collaboration among the four design companies and improving the quality and attractiveness of the entire office space.
