三期固定肱骨近端，软组织严重损失，每次手术都要严格控制手术时间：You can argue there’s various ways to treat this injury:You could use long plates to fix the proximal and distal fractures. But the general principle is that it’s better to use one plate for one fracture. In case one of the fractures goes on to a nonunion and you have to revise the fixation, you don’t want to compromise the second fracture.Some may argue for nailing the proximal humerus fracture here. I didn’t want to compromise the rotator cuff in a 20 year old.
