10月19日下午，第六期SayHi中外文化交流项目——“秋韵北宫，重阳登高”秋游登高活动顺利举办。本次活动共有29名中外学生参加，其中包括来自韩国、日本、爱尔兰、印尼等4个国家的6位外国学生。天气爽朗，惠风和畅，中外学子携手同行，前往北宫国家森林公园，一同领悟自然之美，感受中国传统节日的独特魅力。
On the afternoon of October 19, the sixth SayHi Sino-foreign cultural exchange project, "Autumn Charm Beigong, Chongyang Climbing", was successfully held. A total of 29 Chinese and foreign students participated in this event, including 6 foreign students from 4 countries including South Korea, Japan, Ireland, and Indonesia. The weather was refreshing and the breeze was gentle. Chinese and foreign students went hand in hand to Beigong National Forest Park to appreciate the beauty of nature and feel the unique charm of Chinese traditional festivals.

当天下午12点30分，同学们在清华大学中央主楼前集合完毕后，便踏上了探索自然之美的旅程。抵达目的地后，大家按照预定路线开始了登山活动。从南门出发，经过小江南、舒心亭等地标性景点，最终到达狼坡顶。沿途景色如画，火炬树红艳夺目，黄栌、元宝枫更是将山峦装扮得分外妖娆。同学们不仅享受到了大自然赋予的视觉盛宴，还深刻体会到了中国传统文化中重阳登高的独特韵味。
At 12:30 p.m. that day, after the students gathered in front of the Central Main Building of Tsinghua University, they embarked on a journey to explore the beauty of nature. After arriving at the destination, everyone started the mountaineering activity according to the scheduled route. Starting from the South Gate, passing through landmark attractions such as Xiaojiangnan and Shuxin Pavilion, they finally arrived at Langpo Peak. The scenery along the way is picturesque, the torch trees are dazzling red, and the cotinus coggygria and maple make the mountains look particularly enchanting. The students not only enjoyed the visual feast given by nature, but also deeply experienced the unique charm of Chongyang Climbing in Chinese traditional culture.
下午15点30分，同学们开始下山。下山途中，为了给这次经历留下美好回忆，每位同学都领取了一份特别礼物——精美的清华明信片，并加盖了SayHi项目和重阳登高主题印章。这份小小的纪念品承载着大家对这段时光的美好记忆。
At 15:30 in the afternoon, the students began to go down the mountain. On the way down the mountain, in order to leave a good memory of this experience, each student received a special gift - a beautiful Tsinghua postcard, with the SayHi project and Chongyang climbing theme stamps. This small souvenir carries everyone's good memories of this time.
下午17点，活动接近尾声，同学们乘坐大巴返回学校。返校途中，活动组织者安排了两个有趣的游戏环节：《古诗猜猜猜》答题比赛和《秋韵入镜来》摄影比赛。前者通过团队合作的方式完成关于重阳节古诗词的挑战，后者则鼓励大家展示自己所捕捉到的美丽瞬间。这些富有创意的游戏不仅增添了旅途的乐趣，也让参与活动的中外学子更加紧密地联系在一起。
At 17:00 in the afternoon, the event was coming to an end, and the students took the bus back to school. On the way back to school, the organizers arranged two interesting game sessions: the "Guess the Ancient Poems" quiz contest and the "Autumn Rhythm in the Mirror" photography contest. The former completes the challenge of ancient poems about the Double Ninth Festival through teamwork, and the latter encourages everyone to show the beautiful moments they have captured. These creative games not only add to the fun of the journey, but also bring the Chinese and foreign students participating in the event closer together.
随着夕阳西下，本次“秋韵北宫，重阳登高”活动也落下了帷幕。本次活动带给我们的不仅仅是一天的欢乐时光，更重要的是促进了中外学子之间的相互了解与尊重，让我们共同感受到了中华文化的博大精深。让我们期待下次SayHi之旅！
As the sun sets, the "Autumn Rhythm Beigong, Chongyang Climbing" event also came to an end. This trip to Beigong National Forest Park not only allowed everyone to experience the wonders of nature but also broadened their horizons through exchanges with international students. While appreciating the autumn scenery, we experienced cultural differences and discovered points of resonance.
