一、自我介绍

Walk me through your resume.
这类问题的主要目的是快速让面试官了解你。面试官希望了解你的基本信息、职业背景、专业技能以及你为何对这个职位感兴趣等等，为后续的深入交流奠定良好的基础，也间接了解你的沟通能力、自信程度等等。
答题思路：
这类问题的回答有两个需要关注的点：
逻辑清晰和吸引人。
逻辑清晰是指回答有结构。在回答中，自我介绍的展开方式有很多种类型，以下是几种可以使用的展开方式：
按照经历类型进行展开。例如，校内学习、科研项目、实习经历等等。
按照自身对行业探索的过程进行展开。例如，如何接触某行业，如何在这一领域探索，如何在其中成长等等。
按照自身具有的能力进行展开。例如，沟通能力、管理能力等等。
吸引人是指讲述内容具有故事性，让人听起来流畅和连贯。在进行自我介绍的过程中，确保你有一个自然的开头，一个吸引人的中间和一个高调的结尾。
开头：对于在校学生和应届生来讲，教育背景是最适合谈论的起点。比如，你可以这样开始：In my academic journey so far, I have taken a variety of challenging courses…
中间：在介绍中间，需要把自身的经历和自己对于这一职业的热情融合在一起进行回答。
结尾：用结尾展示自己的职业愿景以及对这个机会的兴奋之情，让面试官信任自己会愿意在这份工作上尽力投入。例如：From the moment I discovered your company's innovative approach to financial services and its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning, I was deeply impressed and eager to become a part of your team.

1、Where do you see yourself in five years?
2、What are your strengths/weaknesses?
3、Why should we hire you?
4、Can you tell me about a time when you demonstrated…?
5、Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging situation at work.
这类问题的主要目的在于评估你的自我认知、岗位匹配度、求职动机以及表达能力，判断你是否真正适合所申请的职位。在这个部分中，面试官往往会问一些个人经历的问题，以此评估在工作中你将会有的表现。
在回答这类问题时，可以描述自己与岗位相匹配的专业领域以及过往的实习经验，以展现自己能胜任工作的能力。此外，在这一部分中，有可能被面试官要求描述某一个特定场景下自己身上发生的事情，如果没有被问道，也可以主动讲述一些自己成功的案例。此时，一个讲故事的技巧是运用STAR法则。

S：Situation 描述事情发生的背景和环境，包括时间、地点、人物等关键信息

T：Task 描述在这一场景下需要完成的任务或目标

A：Action 描述自己如何采取行动完成任务，注重措施和方法

R：Result 说明最后的结果
STAR法则不仅能够展现逻辑性，还能用精简的语言提供有效信息。它不仅可以运用在这类问题当中，也可以运用在自我介绍甚至撰写简历当中。
二、Why me?

这类问题的主要目的是让公司知道你是否对他们有足够的了解，以及你自身的能力和价值观是否匹配公司的需求。
面对这类问题，可以从公司文化以及职业本身入手。
答题思路：

提前了解公司的文化，明确公司具有怎样的核心价值观

从工作内容、工作氛围和前景发展等其他方面了解公司和职位

在面试中阐述自己的能力、愿望和观念与企业如何匹配
举个例子
"I am very excited about the opportunity to join XXX because of its innovative approach to…. I have been following the company's progress for some time, particularly impressed by its…. I resonate strongly with the company's values of…, and I believe my… skills and experience align well with the company's…. I am eager to contribute to… and grow within an organization that fosters creativity and continuous improvement."
四、其他面试技巧

Be concise
什么是concise？Concise指简洁，也就是用最短的语言描述出最重要的信息。不要把语言浪费在无关紧要的内容上。例如：
问
"Can you tell me about a project you worked on during your internship that showcased your analytical skills?"
答
"Oh, absolutely! So, during my internship at XXX Bank, I was part of a team that was responsible for analyzing the bank's portfolio of loans. We had to look at each loan, see if it was performing well or not, and then make recommendations on whether to keep it or sell it. It was a really big project because we had to go through thousands of loans. And, um, we used Excel a lot for this, you know, like formulas and pivot tables and stuff. It was pretty challenging because we had to make sure everything was accurate. But, I mean, it was also really rewarding because at the end, we presented our findings to the senior management team and they were really impressed. So, yeah, that was a big project for me."
这个回答并不简洁，因为它包含了不必要的细节，比如使用Excel和检查贷款。而且，这个回答没有展现出关键信息，例如任务、使用的技能和结果来更有效地总结项目。
一个简洁的回答是：

"During my internship at XXX Bank, I analyzed a portfolio of over 500 loans to assess their performance. Signposting language
在面试中，为了让回答更加结构化，逻辑更加清晰，可以在语句之间加入一些“路标词”。
常见的路标词有这样几个：
开头：Well, First of all, Firstly
举例：For example, For instance
进一步说明：That means, Furthermore, Moreover, To elaborate on
原因：In that, So, Therefore
过渡：Also, Then, Afterwards
结尾：Finally, To wrap up
以下是一个对比的例子：
“What are your strengths and weaknesses?”
没有使用路标语言的回答：
“I’m very good at working with other people. In my last job, I always tried to encourage my colleagues and create a good atmosphere. I suppose I can be a little bit careless sometimes. I’m not the kind of person who focuses on details. I’m very calm, and I can keep a cool head even in very stressful situations.”
使用路标语言的回答：
“Firstly, I’m very good at working with other people. For example, in my last job, I always tried to encourage my colleagues and create a good atmosphere. On the other hand, I suppose I can be a little bit careless sometimes, because I’m not the kind of person who focuses on details. Coming back to strengths, I’m very calm, and I can keep a cool head even in very stressful situations.”

Mirror keywords
