INTRODUCTION

Geek+ is a global technology company specialized in smart logistics. We apply advanced robotics and artificial intelligence technologies to create solutions for warehouse and factory operations.


With the rise of e-commerce and the demand for a faster and more flexible movement of goods, warehouse and manufacturing operators are facing increasingly complex production and logistic challenges today. Speed, product diversification, same-day delivery, volume, safety… these concerns are impacting a wide range of industries, from apparel, retail, automotive, to even electronics, energy and pharmaceutical industries.



Geek+ was founded to be the solution to these problems. We make logistics affordable, efficient, flexible, safe and agile. Our vision is to establish a fully automated and intelligent supply chain globally.

After-Sales Engineer Intern (f/m/n)


Responsibility:

  1. Participate in on-site escort and product technical problem handling


  2. Collect and screen feedback from clients and partners, build and improve communication channels


  3. Assist with product hardware maintenance


  4. Assist in after-sales training for service partners and customers


  5. Execute and manage after-sales system, participate in spare parts materials application, transportation and recording


  6. Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction


Required capabilities, and skills：

  1. With valid German work permit


  2. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred


  3. Be able to work full-time for 6 month internship and willingness to become full-time employee afterwards


  4. Be able to adapt to frequent travel needs in Europe, with travel time accounting for 70%-80%


  5. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to meet daily and business communication needs


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills：

  1. A European driver's license is preferred


  2. Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly


  3. Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results


  4. Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments

Solution Engineer Intern (f/m/n)


Responsibility:

  1. Develop concept of warehouse layout with Autonomous Mobile Robotics(AMR) technology


  2. Participate in evaluating and selecting components and solutions from technical and economic aspects


  3. Support customer data analysis to find the optimal solution


  4. Support the preparation of tenders and project costs calculation


  5. Assist in channel partner and client product empowerment training


Required capabilities, and skills：

  1. With valid German work permit


  2. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred


  3. Be able to work full-time for 6 month internship and willingness to become full-time employee afterwards


  4. Be able to adapt to occasional travel needs in Europe


  5. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to meet daily and business communication needs


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills：

  1. A European driver's license is preferred

Site Engineer Intern (f/m/n)


Responsibility:

  1. Participate in on-site implementation and robotics problem handling


  2. Work with third party to complete the project delivery according to the robot solution


  3. Assist with on-site hardware equipment maintenance


  4. Cooperation with colleagues from other departments for best customer support in all technical issues


  5. Project handover to service team as well as conception and execution of 

    training for customer


  6. Formulation and preparation of necessary technical documents for relevant accreditation work


Required capabilities, and skills：

  1. With valid German work permit


  2. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred


  3. Be able to work full-time for 6 month internship and willingness to become full-time employee afterwards

Finance Manager


Job Description:

  1. Month-end closing and tax declaration within the EU to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of monthly settlements


  2. Assist in handling the connection with external tax offices in Germany and provide annual tax review materials


  3. Review expense reimbursement and payment, solve problems, and optimize the financial accounting process


  4. Cooperate with China headquarters for month-end closing


  5. Prepare financial statements and annual audit


  6. Assist requirements from the treasury, taxation, government, customs, and if it is any


  7. other ad-hoc from China HQ


Requirement：

  1. Around 5 years of financial experience in Germany, able to handle finance work independently, and experience in Chinese overseas companies is a plus


  2. Familiar with the Datev system


  3. Familiar with German GAAP


  4. Chinese and German can be used as working languages
