钢管焊接:要求焊缝处无纵横裂纹,气孔及夹渣;管子内外表面无残渣,坑和明显的焊瘤,通常用水压试验,试验压力为工程压力的1.25-1.5倍,要求在规定的试验压力下进行检查,不渗水漏水为合格。管道穿过建筑物基础预留孔洞的尺寸一般比管径大2倍左右,并加设套管,套管中用保温材料填空,如果穿过楼板套管上端应高出地面20mm,防止上层房间地面水渗流到下层房间,下端与楼板底平。 管道支架,根据结构形式可将支架分为托架、吊架、管卡三种。前两种托吊水平管道,多在现场制造,管卡固定立管可采购,一般士干管离墙或柱子表面净距不小于60mm,产支管离墙净距为30mm。所有预留孔冻及支架埋设处的墙面应在管道安装后,装修工程完工前填堵。管路连接后要保证10m管卡上,当直径d<100mm时,纵横方向的弯曲允许偏差小于5mm;d>100mm时,纵横方向的弯曲允许偏差小于10mm。全长在25mm以上时,横向弯曲允许[偏差小于25mm。多条平行管段在同一平面上,间距允许偏差3m。支吊架不得设在焊缝处,应距焊缝不小于50-100mm施焊时要注意清理吹进管内的氧化铁熔渣以免堵塞管道。 Steel pipe welding: There should be no vertical and horizontal cracks, pores and slag inclusions at the weld; there should be no residue, pits and obvious weld nodules on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe. Generally, the net distance between the main pipe and the wall or column surface is not less than 60mm, and the net distance between the branch pipe and the wall is 30mm. All reserved holes and the wall where the brackets are buried should be filled and blocked after the pipeline is installed and before the decoration project is completed. After the pipeline is connected, it is necessary to ensure that on the 10m pipe clamp, when the diameter d<100mm, the allowable deviation of the bending in the longitudinal and transverse directions is less than 5mm; when d>100mm, the allowable deviation of the bending in the longitudinal and transverse directions is less than 10mm. When the total length is more than 25mm, the allowable deviation of the transverse bending is less than 25mm. When multiple parallel pipe sections are on the same plane, the allowable deviation of the spacing is 3m. The support and hanger shall not be set at the weld, and shall be no less than 50-100mm away from the weld. When welding, pay attention to cleaning the iron oxide slag blown into the pipe to avoid clogging the pipeline.

防腐和保温 Anti-corrosion and thermal insulation

1、风管和管道喷涂底漆前,应清除表面的灰尘,污垢与锈斑,并保持干燥。 1. Before spraying primer on air ducts and pipes, remove dust, dirt and rust on the surface and keep them dry.
