Purpose
To support the daily legal&compliance jobs within the Region and carry out the strategies and projects on inorganic growth and ethics program.
Responsibilities
1.Review contracts of Smiths Group entities in Greater China and APAC Region (the Region)
2.Agent & Distributor management/assessment of Smiths entities in the Region
3.Administrate company secretarial works for Smiths entities in the Region with the support of external counsels
4.Routine legal works in relation to all Smiths divisions in the Region
5.Support with M&A related works in the region.
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·Junior student of bachelor degree or above from a leading law school in China or an overseas jurisdiction
·Mastering MS Office (Word and PowerPoint are necessary) and basic Al
·Language: English and Mandarin. Any other second language will be a plus
·Communication skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Ability to summarize complex issues in simple and easy to understand terms
