Especially I think that's quite important about being result oriented.
Because it’s not just submitting those proposals,it's also important to find out that if the solution could be efficient,and it can finally solve that certain problems.
我认为以结果为导向是很重要的，因为我们不仅仅是提交那些提案，更重要的是要弄清楚。所提出的解决方案是否高效，以及最终能否切实解决特定的问题。
I've been in this committee for two years.I've been doing what I could to tell what I've experienced, and I'm trying to bring a better proposal to the reference,and may the relevant sectors can pay great attention to this.
And I did that last year,it went pretty well,especially like Education Bureau gave a lot of attention to the proposal I have submitted,and it was quite successful.
我在自治区政协担任委员已经两年了，我一直在尽我所能去讲述我的所见所闻，同时我也在努力提交更好的提案，并希望有关部门能够高度重视此事，去年我就是这么做的，而且进展得相当顺利，尤其是教育局，对我提交的提案给予了诸多关注，成效颇为显著。
And also I think it's very important to be able to communicate with other members,because I'm involved in the education field, and I did not have many opportunities to contacted with the other members and other fields.
And this is a great opportunity for me to see a bigger picture of what's going on,and to see the greater development here.
而且我认为，能与其他政协委员交流也非常重要，因为我主要专注于教育领域，此前并没有太多机会与其他领域的其他委员接触。对我来说，成为政协委员也是很好的机会，能让我更全面地了解当下的情况，同时以更宏观的视角看到西藏的发展。
I think for any place people say “when you are in Rome, do as the Romans do”.
Also,as local people,we're supposed to do what we are supposed to be doing,which is to preservie and protecte our own cultures.
I think that's very important.That is something what we're totally doing here,and instead of experiencing a lot of other cultures.
I think the key thing is learning about yourself,just like before you know others' names,you're supposed to say,hello,my name is Norbu.
无论在任何地方，人们都说 “入乡随俗”，作为本地人我们理应做好自己该做的事，也就是传承和保护我们的文化，我认为这非常重要。这也是我们在这里实实在在正在做的事情，相比于大量接触其他文化，我觉得关键在于先要了解自身，就好比在你知道别人的名字之前，你应该先介绍自己：“你好，我叫罗布。”
Cause I'm working in the field of education.So as for me,I'm thinking of visiting Finland,to learn about the foreign countries and the great education part.
I can't imagine that was happening before,but now because of high-quality development,this kind of thing is happening to lots of people.
In my field. I'm paying more attention to the high-quality education.
因为我从事教育工作，所以（今年）我们一直在考虑去芬兰，去了解一下他们国家卓越的教育体系，像以前我无法想象自己能有这样的机会。目前由于西藏高质量发展的推进，现在很多人都有了这样的机遇，在我的领域中我更关注高质量教育。
I think there's great potential in the future.
I think the people who are living here would do all what we could to make it a better place.
Yes. And we believe it.
我觉得其未来潜力巨大，我想生活在这里的人们会尽其所能，让这个地方变得更美好，是的，我们坚信这一点。
