Concept Architect
One leading architecture design firm in Dubai is currently looking for talented Concept Architects:
1.Min 5 – 8 years of experience.
2.Highly conceptual strong designers with a flair for hospitality and residential project of small to medium scale resorts, buildings and villas.
3.With attention to materials, light, living experience, space planning, etc.
4.Strong software skills.
Salary would be around AED 20-25K net per month(RMB 40-50K per month net到手4-5万RMB每月，迪拜收入没有个税) and below are additional benefits:
Working Visa & Health Insurance:
- Working visas and health insurance (covering the UAE and most of the world with limited/reduced USA cover) for the employee.
Annual Leaves:
- 22 working days.
Flight:
- Annual allowance as a lump sum of AED 3,000 in lieu of one economy class annual return flight for the employee to home country. Paid at the end of each completed year of service.
Relocation:
- Will provide and arrange the employee’s accommodation in Dubai as 1st week hotel room stay. After that week employees are to provide their own accommodation.
Office Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday-Thursday and 9.00am to 3.30pm Friday, with 30min daily break for lunch.
- Overtime if required is unpaid. We are good at planning work, employee to expect a 10-15% of monthly average overtime monthly, much less than the industry average.
