Design Architect
One leading architecture design firm in Dubai is currently looking for talented Design Architects:
1. Min 5 – 7 years of experience
2. Strong at concept design stages, expereinced in masterplan, complex mixed use, super high rise, museum, or resort design. Able to design from a blank paper.
3. Excellent Rhino or Grasshopper / Dynamo essential as well as Revit (client very often switches to Revit even at Pre-concept/Concept stage) and Enscape would be an added advantage.
4. An upbeat but down to earth personality.
Salary would be around AED 20-25K net per month(RMB 40-50K per month net到手4-5万RMB每月，迪拜收入没有个税) and below are additional benefits:
1. Flight allowances – 1 return flight back to home country added as pro-rated cash allowance to monthly salary每年一次往返机票（折算到每月工资发放）
