The Finance Manager is a key position responsible for managing all financial operations in Germany, including accounting, reporting, and tax compliance. The role requires proficiency in German accounting guidelines and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS). Reporting to the Director in Hong Kong and the CEO in Germany, this position oversees financial matters with partial remote work flexibility.

1. Manage financial operations in Germany, ensuring compliance with German accounting guidelines and international accounting standards.

2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.

3. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.

4. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

5. Oversee accounting activities for the Dutch holding company, ensuring consistency in accounting practices.

6. Regularly report to the Director in Hong Kong and the CEO in Germany on financial matters.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. 5 years of relevant experience in financial management.

3. Thorough knowledge of German accounting guidelines and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).

4. Fluent in German and English, proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

5. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and remotely with strong organizational and time management skills.
