We are seeking experienced Account Managers to lead a variety of Corporate Identity (CI) projects for auto salons. These projects are based on detailed on-site surveys conducted in Europe and designed in our office in China. Leveraging your advanced communication and sales skills, as well as your established network of dealers and suppliers, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of exceptional projects that meet customer requirements.
This role requires a high degree of flexibility, as you will handle a range of tasks and collaborate with diverse teams. You will work closely with dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, as well as your colleagues in Beijing and Shanghai, China.
This is a remote position, with travel required for up to 30% of the time within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Manage and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle, including data collection, on-site visit arrangements, evaluation of substructures, and documentation (photo/video) of progress
Project Planning: Assist the project management team in developing comprehensive project plans and relevant communication documents
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication of project updates and progress to all key team members and stakeholders
Production Management: Oversee the execution of mass production at supplier facilities, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon schedules and quality standards
Client Relationship Management: Take overall responsibility for maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers
Daily Coordination: Engage in regular communication with colleagues across Germany and China to ensure alignment and smooth project execution

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Language Skills: Native or fluent business-level proficiency in both German and fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in account management. Demonstrated experience in process development and execution is essential
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build effective relationships across multiple functions to support mutual business objectives.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to assess workflows and processes to enhance service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent conflict management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Background: Experience as a Production Technician, Industrial Designer, Architect, or Interior Designer is highly desirable
Industry Experience: Prior experience in account or production management, particularly related to automotive salon decoration, is preferred
