how to make these beautiful treats
from scratch.
What Are Snow Skin Mooncakes?
Snow skin mooncakes are a chilled version of the traditional mooncake, made with glutinous rice flour that gives them a soft, chewy texture. Unlike the baked variety, snow skin mooncakes are lighter and come in a range of vibrant colors and flavors, like matcha, mango, and red bean.
(*we wiil use red bean paste in our workshop)
They're a popular choice during the Mid-Autumn Festival for their refreshing taste and creative designs.
The Workshop

🥮 Location: tbc (either near jiaotong university metro or on wulumuqi road)

- Workshop with all materials and ingredients
- Expert teacher Yin (national senior dimsum chef certificate)
- 1 mooncake to eat on-site, 6 mooncakes to bring back home
