The theoretical phase of SANY Construction's mobile crushing and mold filling training for overseas service engineers wrapped up successfully. Practical training began on January 10, with Cheng Weihua, Senior deputy general manager of SANY Group and General Manager of SANY Construction, visiting the site to engage in meaningful discussions with the service engineers.

Prior to the discussions, Mr. Cheng awarded bonuses to those who excelled in the theoretical training exams.
24名来自国内外的服务工程师围绕个人的工作情况、本次培训体验、移动破碎产品后续的服务工作计划及建议展开分享。
Mr. Twenty-four service engineers from across the globe shared their work experiences, insights on the training, and plans and recommendations for the ongoing service of mobile crushing products.
程伟华先生在聆听大家的发言后，对服务工程师们的辛苦工作表达了感谢，也对拥有一支具有职业气质、富有战斗力的服务团队表示欣慰。
Mr. Cheng, after hearing the engineers' feedback, expressed his appreciation for their dedication and took pride in the professionalism and vigor of the service team.
He highlighted that while the global deployment of mobile crushing products is in its infancy, the outlook remains stable and promising. Moving forward, the Construction Division will work closely with regional and national offices to build a robust talent pipeline and deliver top-tier customer experience.
