SoftBank is Investing $1.5 Billion in OpenAI
据外媒报道，日本软银集团将向美国OpenAI投资15亿美元。OpenAI允许员工向软银出售股票。
According to foreign media reports, Japan's SoftBank Group will invest $1.5 billion in the U.S. OpenAI. OpenAI allows employees to sell shares to SoftBank.
报道称，OpenAI现任和前任员工将在12月24日前决定是否把手中股票卖给软银。
Current and former OpenAI employees have until Dec. 24 to decide whether to sell their shares to SoftBank.
有评论称，软银对OpenAI的最新增资凸显公司CEO孙正义对AI领域的投资兴趣。孙正义在不久前举行的新闻发布会上说，他正储备“数以十亿计美元”，以期在这一领域展开“下一个大动作”。
Some comments said that SoftBank's latest capital increase in OpenAI highlights the company's CEO Masayoshi Son's investment interest in the AI space. At a recent press conference, Son said he was stockpiling "tens of billions of dollars " to make the "next big move" in artificial intelligence.
European Food Delivery Company Just Eat Takeaway to Delist from London Stock Exchange
据外媒报道，在全面考量了各个上市地点的优劣之后，Just Eat Takeaway近日作出了从伦敦证券交易所退市的决定。
According to foreign media reports, after comprehensively considering the advantages and disadvantages of various listing locations, Just Eat Takeaway recently made the decision to delist from the London Stock Exchange(LSE).
在解释其决定时，Just Eat Takeaway表示，其股票从伦敦证交所退市是为了“在流动性和交易量较低的情况下，减少伦敦证券交易上市的披露和监管要求相关的行政负担、复杂性和成本”。
Explaining its decision, Just Eat Takeaway said it was delisting its shares from the LSE in a bid to “reduce the administrative burden, complexity and costs associated with the disclosure and regulatory requirements of maintaining the LSE listing, and in the context of low liquidity and trading volumes.”
报道称，摘牌将于伦敦时间12月27日上午8点生效，而12月24日将是Just Eat Takeaway股票在伦敦证券交易所的最后交易日。
The delisting will become effective from 8 a.m London time on Dec. 27, while Dec. 24 will mark the last date of trading of Just Eat Takeaway’s shares on the LSE.
