使用/USE
PAC BLU可用于所有种类的渗碳钢，且最大防渗深度3mm。
PAC BLU is used for the protection of all kind of carburizing steel at maximum depths of 3mm.
使用前搅拌均匀。
Stir well before use.
使用方法/APPLICATION
PAC BLU 在干净、无油污、脱脂的工件上，可通过刷涂、浸蘸、喷涂使用。
PAC BLU can be applied by brush,immersion or spraying on clean,degreased and not oxidated surfaces.
刷涂法：将涂料薄涂在防渗区域（当涂料过于黏稠时加入2%的水稀释）
BRUSH APPLICATION:Spread a thin layer as it is ready to use(dilute with 2% water only if the product appears too viscous)
浸蘸：将需要防渗的部位直接浸入持续搅拌的PAC BLU中，如有需要，可加水调节粘稠度
IMMERSION:Simply dip the part into PAC BLU which should be mixed in continuous,in necessary dilute with water to adjust the viscosity.
喷涂：加水稀释PAC BLU调节到合适的粘稠度，建议使用1-2mm的喷嘴
SPRAYING:Dilute the product untill the correct viscosity,use a nozzle of 1-2mm in diameter.
干燥/DRYING
在正常条件下，需要30分钟干燥时间，热处理加工前建议干燥时间为2小时
Under normal circumstances drying takes 30 minutes for handling the components,whilst a drying time for 2 hours is advised prior to treatment.
热处理前去除PAC BLU/STRIPPING OF THE PAC BLU BEFORE HEAT TREATMENT
可在碱性溶液中去除PAC BLU,热碱水效果更佳
PAC BLU can easily be removed from the pieces only dip in an alkaline solution,better if heated.
热处理后去除PAC BLU残留/REMOVAL OF RESIDUES AFTER HEAT TREATMENT
轻度喷砂可充分去除
Light sand blasting will be enough.

The PAC BLU are not harmful,they are not designated as dangerous according to CEE classification.
储存/STORAGE
PAC BLU储存条件为+5℃~+35℃的密封条件下，并且不能冷藏储存
PAC BLU must be stored at temperatures between +5℃ and +35℃ in well sealed containers and cannot withstand freezing conditions.
包装/PACKAGING
2罐/盒，5Kg/罐。可根据不同要求提供包装。
PAC BLU is normally supplied in boxes containing two cans of 5Kg each.Different packaging on request.
