Monthly Performance monitoring and analysis
Drive the routine schedule on consolidation and in-depth analysis of CNAO Overhead and Cash Flow.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.Prepare comprehensive reviews for senior management and Global.Present financial data and analysis in a clear and concise manner.Lead the intercompany reconciliation process for cash flow forecast.Overhead Business Partnership Provide financial support and guidance to Zone Functions.Manage Zone Functions overhead, including but not limited to: 1) Collaborate with HR to anticipate the financial impact of changes in zone organizations; 2) Track milestones of key projects closelyContinuously improve zone overhead governance to manage control risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Support D2D function VPs in preparing reviews with Global Function.Proactively manage communication with the DBS Finance team regarding issues related to cross charges, process compliance, and landing management.Drive Zone OVH allocation and enhance cross charge efficiency with a thorough understanding of tax implications.Provide recommendations to CBUs based on insights to improve financial planning.Harmonize processes across CBUs, including but not limited to: 1) Implementing best practices; 2) Driving reporting automation; and 3) Implementing tools and systems to streamline reporting and processes.
