浙江欧菲ORD01454气液联动球阀顺利交付

近日，浙江欧菲的气液联动球阀项目包含DN150~ DN1000 PN63等规格已完成生产，顺利通过了各项严格的检验，并于2020年3月将这17台球阀和执行器完成调试后交付国外客户在大型增压压缩机站项目中投入使用。

Recently, RAYS have successfully completed a DN150-DN1000PN63 Gas-Over-Oil actuated ball valves project which have passed various tests.After debugging, these 17 pcs of ball valves and actuators have been deliveredto our foreign customer in March of 2020 which will be placed in a large-scalebooster compressor station project.

由于我国在二月份遭受的疫情影响，在三月初浙江欧菲管理层以及人事部门在当地防疫小组的意见建议下，妥善安排企业复工复产，尽最大努力为客户缩短交货期上的影响。

本次交付的球阀全部采用安全型气液联动执行机构，具有液压手动、气动功能，远程控制开、关功能，具有ESD紧急切断功能，业主现场只需提供220V AC电源。此外，本次订单产品的特点：大口径，高压力，整机高度超高，最大的DN1000球阀重达15吨左右，因此对生产设备，吊装设备，和调试设备以及人员的安全生产都带来了挑战。浙江欧菲在订单生产初期，开展生产讨论会，工艺研讨会以及人员的安全生产培训会，执行机构调试培训等诸多方式保障了订单的顺利进行；同时合理规划和采购了相应的配套设备，确保了订单的生产效率以及阀门的苛刻检测要求。

All the ball valvesdelivered this time adopted safety Gas-Over-Oil actuator with hydraulic manualand pneumatic functions, which are featured with remote control and ESDemergency shutdown functions. The customer only needs to provide 220V AC powersupply on-site. In addition, the challenging characteristics of the products inthis order were: large diameter, high pressure, high height of the whole setup,the largest single piece of the DN1000 ball valve weighed about 15 tons,production equipment, lifting equipment, debugging equipment, and personnelsafety production. In the early stage of order production RAYS held: productionseminars, process seminars, safety production training sessions for personnel,debugging training sessions for executing agencies, and other ways to ensurethe smooth progress of the order. Also, RAYS held reasonable time planning andprocurement of the corresponding supporting equipment to ensure the productionefficiency of the order and the stringent testing requirements of the valves.

此次订单的产品有阀体螺栓连接和阀体全焊接两种不同设计的工艺球阀。为了确保球阀在安装执行机构前的扭矩处于理论计算的范围，我司还配套了专门的全自动电脑扭矩检测仪，在执行器调试前检测球阀的扭矩值。

The products of this orderhave two different designs of ball valves: bolted body connection and fullywelded body. Before installation of the actuator, in order to ensure that thetorque of the ball valve is within the theoretical calculation range, there isa need to detect the torque value of the ball valve before the actuatordebugging. Fortunately, RAYS is also equipped with a special automated computertorque detector for situations such as this.
