神经干细胞可以分化成多种神经细胞类型,如神经元和神经胶质细胞,为损伤神经提供替代细胞和支持细胞。神经干细胞可以分泌多种神经营养因子,如脑源性神经营养因子和神经生长因子,促进神经细胞存活、增殖和轴突再生。神经干细胞可以促进血管生成和血管重建,为神经再生提供必要的营养物质和氧气。
