Invitation Letter to the 7th China-Central Asia International Forum on Cultural and Educational Exchanges and Cooperation
Dear ▁▁▁▁Sir / Madam :
The ancient Silk Road has long served as a bridge for the peaceful political engagement, mutually beneficial economic cooperation, and inclusive cultural exchanges between China and Central Asia, marking a significant contribution by China to cultural exchanges and mutual learning. In May 2023, the“China-Central Asia Summit”held in Xi’an inject new momentum into the cooperation between Central Asian countries and China and opened up a new vision for the future . In March of this year, the establishment of the Secretariat of the China-Central Asia Cooperation Mechanism in Xi’an, demonstrates to the international community the firm determination of the six countries to work together for development and cooperation.
To uphold the spirit of the “China-Central Asia Summit”, foster a closer China-Central Asia cultural community, and build a more diverse and interactive framework for cultural exchanges, the 7th China-Central Asia International Forum on Cultural and Educational Exchanges and Cooperation will be held on December 14-15, 2024, in Northwest Normal University. The forum is jointly hosted by Northwest Normal University, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, and Kyrgyz National University, and co-organized by the Central Asia Research Institute of Northwest Normal University and the Central Asia-Caspian Sea Research Center of Xi’an International Studies University. In light of your distinguished academic contributions, we sincerely invite you to attend the forum and share your valuable insights, which will enrich the academic discourse and inspire future research.

To confirm your attendance, please complete the attached RSVP form and email it to the organizing committee by December 1, 2024. Please also submit your paper to the designated email address by December 5, 2024.
The organizing committee will cover registration and meal expenses for participants during the forum. Travel and accommodation expenses, however, will need to be covered by the participants. Due to limited capacity, we encourage you to RSVP at your earliest convenience. Please note that attendance is by invitation only, and unregistered individuals will not be accommodated.
