 01 

PAIX咖啡&餐酒吧

Mini Station

[已建成]

项目位于广州番禺四海城一个下沉广场的角落，面积100㎡，位于扶梯侧，并不起眼。从早晨的第一杯咖啡到深夜的最后一口酒精，这里装着来往客人一天的工作和生活，也是一天的生活方式。将空间营造为日常“巴士站台”，围绕“即停即走”的小银车，客人们随意落座，穿行于红酒架，咖啡吧台之间，自由、松弛。场地除了必要的功能，并没有太多“条件”进行装饰，我们将餐吧视为站台，往来的人们在此路过、驻足、邂逅、分别。

The project is located in the corner of a sunken square in the Four Seas City, Panyu District, Guangzhou. It is 100 ㎡ on the side of the escalator and inconspicuous. This bar provides the first cup of coffee in the morning to the last sip of alcohol at night.  This small bar is filled with the daily work and life, as well as the daily lifestyle of the city people.

The design theme of this bar is a "bus stop", in which people stop and go in this small silver car, guests can sit down and walk between the wine rack and coffee bar, free and relaxed. Apart from the necessary functions, there are limited decorations on the site. This bar is a third place, where people pass by, stopping, meeting, and sharing.

Ferris Wheel · Lullaby

摩天轮·摇篮曲

项目紧邻乐园，整体理念以“摩天轮&摇篮曲”为主题，将乐园元素融入设计，使空间具有趣味的同时，营造温暖，浪漫的氛围。 配置瑜伽教室，烘焙教室，SPA理疗，下午茶沙龙，独处工作间，分享空间等，帮助新手妈妈们情感联系，鼓励相互学习、成长，以自信、爱和关心的方式探索人生新阶段。

The project is next to a park. The Design concept is based on the "Ferris wheel & lullaby" theme, which integrates park elements into the design. This design creates an interesting, warm and romantic atmosphere. It is equipped with yoga studio, baking workshop, SPA physiotherapy, afternoon tea salon, room for solitude, sharing space, etc., These activities help new mothers connect emotionally with each other, encourage learning and growth, and explore new stages of life with confidence, love and care.

让巴拉-火塘酒店

项目位于云南“女儿国”摩梭族泸沽湖，屋主为摩梭族人，依山而建，拾阶而上领略部落村寨的神秘，火塘祖屋、菜园农场、林地温泉，呈现独具风情的度假体验。

The project is located in a village near Lugu Lake in Yunnan Province, China.The owners are local Mosuo.Traditional Mosuo architecture has been preserved, allowing guests to feel the mystery of the traditional village.We have designed a fire pond for guests to meet, you can pick in the garden, you can feed livestock, you can soak in the forest hot springs, etc., so that tourists can leave a beautiful and unique memory of the holiday!

比亚迪共享社区

舒适的生活方式与努力拼搏事业在新生代年轻工作者的认知中不再是对立关系，传统厂区两点一线的生活工作也必须做出改变，BYD作为民族品牌，是民族复兴的典范企业，在关爱员工，为企业的家人们创造更具幸福感和归宿感的工作和生活环境方面也积极探索。共享社区以“青年共同体”为题，配套餐饮，商业，娱乐，酒店，学习等一系列丰富多元的内容，成为厂房与宿舍之外的第三空间，创建更饱满的更有趣的精神家园。

BYD, as a national brand, is a model enterprise of national rejuvenation, and actively explores the aspects of caring for employees and creating a more happy and belonging working and living environment for the family of the enterprise. With the theme of "Youth Community", the shared community supports a series of rich and diversified contents such as catering, business, entertainment, hotel, learning, etc., becoming the third space besides the factory and dormitory, creating a fuller and more interesting spiritual home..

之外-餐吧

一座城，一片湖，有山有岛，从晨练，午间休闲，黄昏散步，已然成为市民生活的寄托，也是柴米油盐[之外]的休闲地，之外小馆依山傍水，自然承托了这一份厚重且温暖的责任。

A city, a lake, mountains and islands, from morning exercise, leisure at noon, evening walk, has become the sustenance of citizens' lives, but also the material rice, oil and salt [outside] leisure place, outside the small hall bears this heavy and warm responsibility.

比亚迪精品酒店

百米高空的科研大楼内造一座兼具未来与城市记忆的酒店，配套餐厅/酒吧/健身/客房，呈现奇妙梦幻的体验！

乡 · 田

川西林盘私董会宅院

[已建成]

乡村的人越来越少，都去往繁华的城市里生活。而喧嚣的城市里，匆忙的人们越来越憧憬着回到乡野。中国成都大邑郊区的小村子，紧邻一望无尽的田野，希望能在这里呈现一个兼容乡村自然质朴和城市舒适便捷的生活场景，我们以“乡田”设计主题，意为故乡的田野。“乡·田”是一首当地田园诗，所描绘的浪漫场景，与中国东晋诗人陶渊明笔下的“方宅六七亩，草屋八九间”不谋而合。

The urbanization trend has led to a decline in rural population, while the fast-paced city dwellers are now keen on moving back to rural areas.This project is located in the suburbs of Dayi County in Chengdu City, China. The location is a quaint village surrounded by vast fields. The design team aims to present a simplistic yet beautiful lifestyle that combines the charm of the countryside with the convenience of urban living. The theme of the design is based on this connection, highlighting the sense of fields of the people's hometown. This project describes a scene landscape inspired by a poem written by the Chinese famous poet Yuanming Tao. In the poem, poet Tao described a tranquil setting with a small cluster of square grass houses, covering an area of approximately six or seven acres.

滨海精品酒店

项目位于山东烟台滨海蓬莱之境，设计以“海市蜃楼”为题，结合商务接待，会议宴会，旅游度假于一体，配套零售、餐厅、酒吧、健身、娱乐等多元化功能。历时两年打造，将于24年开业迎客！

The project is located in Shandong Yantai seaside Penglai border, With the theme of "Mirage", the project combines business reception, conference banquet, tourism and vacation in one, and supports diversified functions such as retail, restaurant, bar, fitness and entertainment. It took two years to build, will open in 24 years to welcome guests!

潜伏于极度繁华的潮流地，一处车库里的美术馆， 为先锋艺术，时尚活动提供了别开生面的“地下”据点，穿越车库，开启艺术探索之旅。

品牌城市会客厅，是品牌文化展厅，也是城市的文化配套，“星云之梦”为题，赋予品牌形象想象力，同时融入市民生活日常！

Brand city meeting room, is a brand culture exhibition hall, but also the city's cultural support.The design takes "Dream of Nebula" as the title, gives the brand image imagination, and integrates into the daily life of citizens!

AIYUE 爱悦月子

时光 · 花园店是AIYUE十年沉淀之作，汇集了品牌3600多个日夜的点滴思考；项目配套了112间客房以及20多个特色功能模块，并首次搭载了主题露天花园，让妈妈们有机会走出房间，感受阳光和微风，感受月子里的清新与惬意，在日光里接待闺蜜，在花园里出席派对。

Time · Garden store is the work of AIYUE ten years, which brings together more than 3,600 thoughts of the brand day and night; The project is equipped with 112 rooms and more than 20 characteristic functional modules, and for the first time, it is equipped with a theme open-air garden, so that mothers have the opportunity to go out of the room, feel the sunshine and breeze, feel the fresh and comfortable in the month, receive girlfriends in the sun, and attend parties in the garden.

Chongqing has a bold and straightforward character, and there is no lack of ambiguity and romance.It would be an interesting experiment to incorporate both of these elements into a postpartum rehabilitation center.

酒店的定义正被新生代消费群体持续改写，未来或许无法再以单一概念诠释酒店，时代的变化让酒店业发展扑朔迷离，设计也必须时刻保持警觉，在实践中探索，在探索中成长！

The definition of hotel is being continuously rewritten by the new generation of consumer groups, and it may not be possible to interpret hotel in a single concept in the future.The changes of The Times make the development of the hotel industry confusing.Hotel designers must always be alert, explore in practice, and grow in exploration!

品牌城市会客厅是介于线上和线下门店的第三空间，不直接销售产品，而是更立体的传达品牌的文化和态度，价值观，并承载客群的社群活动，链接交流与互动，是增强品牌市场友好度的情感容器！

Brand City meeting room is the third space between online and offline stores.The meeting room does not directly sell products, but conveys the brand's culture, attitude and values in a more three-dimensional way.It enhances brand market friendliness! Community activities that carry the target customer group, link communication and interaction.

公寓是城市中常见的住宅产品，这类产品往往缺乏公共配套，将酒店融入公寓，提供住所以外的多元化服务，是有趣且有启发意义的尝试！

Apartment is a common housing product in the city.Such products often lack public support. Integrating the hotel into the apartment and providing diversified services beyond the residence is an interesting and enlightening experiment!

云庐-晓月

意境菜餐厅

[已建成]

云庐晓月位于于温江新光天地四楼，居高远眺，闹中取静,外侧的樱花林及依照巴比伦空中花园概念打造的花园露台，是成都最具特色的商业地标之一！云庐晓月不标榜奢华，希望带给客人轻松舒适，亲切温馨的体验。整体空间规划以“院落”为，前庭有花园小院，中有回廊天井，内有厅堂雅间。游园落座，品茗煮酒，已开业迎客，作品详情将于近期发布！

Yunlu Xiaoyue is located on the fourth floor of Wenjiang Xinguang Tiandi, overlooking from the height, taking the quiet in the noisy, outside the cherry blossom forest and the garden terrace created according to the concept of Babylon Hanging Garden, is one of the most distinctive commercial landmarks in Chengdu! Yunlu Xiaoyue does not advertise luxury, hoping to bring guests a relaxed and comfortable, cordial and warm experience. The overall space planning is "courtyard", there is a garden courtyard in the front courtyard, a corridor patio in the middle, and there are halls and rooms.Guests take a seat in the garden and spend quality time with family and friends

山与桥是一座城市的符号，也赋予了一座城市独一无二的性格，在市井烟火中萃取创作素材，借助于设计的手段，帮助建筑突破既有的规程和格局， 让空间有灵魂，有趣味，有感染力！功能并不复杂，从大厅到电梯厅，穿过大堂吧，再抵达接待大厅，经回廊到客房，层次递进，转换有度。

Mountains and Bridges are the symbols of a city, but also give a unique character of a city, in the city fireworks extract creative materials, with the help of design means, to help the building break through the existing rules and patterns, so that the space has soul, interesting and infectious! The function is not complicated, from the lobby to the elevator hall, through the lobby bar, and then to the reception hall, through the cloister to the guest room, each space switch gives guests an interesting experience.

酒店的竞争持续白热化，更多的品牌将放弃宽口径的赛道，寻求越来越细分的领域，兼容性的产品面临巨大的挑战，位于城市成熟商务社区的大体量酒店，不得不选择适度的兼容性，综合考量商务，休闲，旅游客群的多样化需求，如何脱颖而出？是对运营和设计的巨大考验！

Hotel competition continues to heat up, and more brands will abandon the wide-bore track and seek increasingly segmented areas.Compatible products face huge challenges.A large hotel located in a mature business community in the city has to choose a moderate level of compatibility.

Take into account the diverse needs of business, leisure and tourism groups.How to stand out? It is a great test for operation and design!
