BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar major, distinction average WAM, from an Australian or New Zealand University Strong software development skills in any object-oriented language (we use C++, C# and Python the most) Experience developing performance sensitive code is a plus Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify a problem, evaluate it, and suggest solutions Ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently Flexible and driven with a commitment to innovation Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills
