一、martin stolterfoht教授课题组简介
martin stolterfoht教授于2023年加入香港中文大学电子工程系，担任副教授。他的研究团队专注于钙钛矿和有机太阳能电池、多结钙钛矿太阳能电池、光电器件、离子输运、器件模拟以及光电薄膜的表征和性能优化。团队致力于突破钙钛矿太阳能电池的运行稳定性限制，开发高效能的多结太阳能电池，同时建立薄膜太阳能电池工作机制的基础理论。
团队现有多项国际领先的研究成果，包括：
定量化钙钛矿光伏器件中离子迁移引发的效率与降解损失。
高性能钙钛矿多结和单结太阳能电池开发。
提出精确的钙钛矿光伏器件数值模型。
发表包括《science》《nature》等国际权威期刊的论文100篇，获得多项研究资助与专利。
二、岗位拟开展的研究方向
我们位于香港中文大学电子工程系实验室现诚聘一名博士后研究员，须具备扎实的钙钛矿太阳能电池专业知识及背景。在最新出版的世界大学排名（如qs， tme等）中获得stem相关学科前100名的大学/机构的博士将被优先考虑。
三、岗位及相关要求
博士后研究员岗位要求:
具有物理、材料、电子工程、化学等相关领域的博士学位；
具有钙钛矿钙钛矿太阳能电池领域的研究背景者优先；
熟悉钙钛矿光电器件制备与表征；
有独立科研能力，能在国际期刊发表高水平论文。

about prof. martin stolterfoht’s research group
prof. martin stolterfoht joined the department of electronic engineering at cuhk in 2023 as an associate professor. his research group focuses on cutting-edge topics including perovskite and organic solar cells, multijunction perovskite solar cells, optoelectronic devices, ionic transport, device simulations, and thin-film characterization for performance optimization.
the group aims to advance the operational stability of perovskite solar cells, develop high-efficiency multijunction solar cells, and establish a fundamental understanding of thin-film solar cell mechanisms.
key research achievements of the group include:
quantifying efficiency and degradation losses caused by ion migration in perovskite photovoltaics.
developing high-performance multijunction and single-junction perovskite solar cells.
establishing accurate numerical models for perovskite photovoltaic devices.
publishing >100 papers in prestigious journals such as science and nature, securing multiple research grants and patents.
research position focus
our lab in the electronic engineering department at cuhk is currently seeking one postdoctoral researchers with strong expertise and a solid background in perovskite solar cells. applicants with phd degree obtained from a top 100 university/institution in stem-related subjects in the latest publication of the world university rankings (e.g. qs, tme, etc.) will be preferred.
postdoctoral researcher requirements
ph.d. in physics, materials science, electronic engineering, chemistry, or related fields.
strong background in perovskite solar cells research is preferred.
proficiency in perovskite optoelectronic device fabrication and characterization.
independent research ability with a proven record of high-quality publications.
