会议表决通过了关于李常官辞去自治区副主席职务请求的决定，表决决定任命胡帆为自治区副主席。

According to a report from the WeChat official account of "Guangxi Daily," the 12th meeting of the 14th Standing Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Congress recently concluded at the Guangxi People's Hall.The meeting passed a decision regarding the resignation of Li Changguan from his position as Vice Chairman of the Autonomous Region and approved the appointment of Hu Fan as the new Vice Chairman.Hu Fan, a Han ethnic male, was born in September 1971. He holds a master's degree in accounting and is currently an in-service graduate student. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.At present, Hu serves as a member of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, member of the Party Leadership Group, Director of the Finance Department, and Party Secretary of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. His responsibilities include overseeing ethnic and religious affairs, culture and tourism, state-owned asset supervision, and broadcasting. He also assists in financial matters and is in charge of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Commission, the Finance Department, the Department of Culture and Tourism, the State-owned Assets Commission, and the Broadcasting and Television Bureau.Additionally, Hu is responsible for handling the suggestions of People's Congress deputies and proposals from the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), as well as overseeing the Guangxi Financing Guarantee Group Co., Ltd. He coordinates with the Guangxi Government Information Office, the Guangxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the press and publishing sectors, as well as working with the Guangxi regulatory bureau of the Ministry of Finance and the Guangxi Tax Bureau.
