WCCA自豪地宣布推出其未来领袖计划，旨在培养和培育我们社区内的年轻人才。该计划的一个重要组成部分是即将在开始的培训营。我们欢迎对成长和社区领导有热情的个人报名参加这个变革性的经历。

免费培训营概览：
- 时间表：为期六周，每周一次线下活动，每次1-2个小时 （计划在3月底开始）
- 形式：专家主持的知识分享，小组讨论和个别辅导
- 主题：团队合作精神，矛盾处理，个人观点和辩论原则性，个人发展选择与考虑等。
2024年的培训营旨在从我们社区中选拔约6名有潜力的年轻成员。

WCCA| 2024 Leader of
Tomorrow Training Camp

WCCA is proud to announce the launch of its Leader of Tomorrow Program, designed to empower and nurture the young talents within our community. A key element of this program is the upcoming training camp, set to commence in the following weeks. We invite individuals with a passion for growth and community leadership to register as candidates for this transformative experience.
Qualification Criteria:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Demonstrated interest in social issues, particularly in social justice and equity
- Age between 15 to 20 years
Program Overview:
Schedule: six weeks (two hours per week, once a week, starting end of March, tentatively)
- Format: Expert-led knowledge sharing, group discussions, and personalized one-on-one coaching
- Topics: Teamwork spirit, conflict management, viewpoints and debate principles, personal development choices, and considerations, and more.
The 2024 camp aims to select approximately 6 promising young members from our community. To express your interest, please use the link below to fill out the application form.
