HoB Jaguar Transformation Program Intern1.协助部门项目经理完成捷豹转型项目的相关项目管理及报告等工作内容:Go-to-Market 商业模式测算、品牌重新定位方案制定，跨部门战略项目等Support HoB Jaguar transformation head to work on Jaguar transformation project management and reporting preparation, e.g. Go-to-Market business model, brand re-positioning approach, cross-function related projects, etc.2.数据分析，如基于经销商及城市的保险数据、市场份额数据，各层面的业务表现KPI等Support IMSS data analytic topics, e.g. retailer and city-based insurance data,market share, key metrics for performance analysis at ground level where required.Be proactive in arranging project meetings, taking meeting minutes in Mandarin/English versions etc.Market intelligence and desk research on ad-hoc topics where required.Under/postgraduate, relevant internship experience is preferred2.熟练的 PPT，Excel及Word 软件运用能力及优秀的英语听说读写能力，有数据分析能力(Python/VBA) 更佳Good command of PPT/Excel/Word skills and English proficiency in both oral and writing， with data analysis skills (Python/VBA) preferredActive, resilient and with strong sense of responsibilityAttention to details and conscientious with good learning ability5.每周保证出勤4天及以上,可持续6个月及以上优先考虑At least 4 workable days per week, 6 consecutive months or above is preferredWorking experience in Dual-brand British Luxury AutomotiveKnowledge of international company operation and management at executive levelInsight of luxury and electric vehicle(EV) segment in Auto Industryimproved cross-function and cross-region communication skill1.新现代豪华主义办公环境，团队氛围浓厚，充满活力Modern Luxury working environment and great teamUnlimited supply of coffee and tea，periodically birthday celebration
