招聘岗位：财产险精算实习生
工作地点：北京/上海/深圳/广州/香港
期望实习周期：不少于3个月，每周至少3天，可长期实习优先
工作内容：
协助新保险合同准则IFRS17咨询及实施相关工作；
协助精算审计、准备金评估相关工作；
协助偿付能力、资产负债管理相关工作；
使用Python、R、VBA 等工具进行数据分析、预测模型的开发工作；
协助市场调研、市场开展等工作，熟练使用PPT 制作文稿。
岗位要求:
2025年毕业，本科及以上学历，精算、统计、数学、风险及相关专业；
学习成绩优异，通过精算考试，具有保险/咨询公司精算实习经验者优先；
工作态度积极，学习能力强，沟通能力强；
能熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT 等office 办公软件，有编程或相关经验者优先；能熟练使用英文进行日常读写交流和工作沟通；
实习表现优异者可转正。

Job Title: Actuarial Intern (General Insurance)
Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Hong Kong
Expected Duration:No less than 3 months, with minimum of 3 days per week. Long-term internship is preferred.
Job Description:
Assist in the consultation and implementation of the new insurance contract standard IFRS17;
Assist in actuarial auditing and reserve reviewing projects;
Support solvency and Asset-Liability management projects;
Utilize tools such as Python, R, VBA for data analysis and predictive model development;
Assist in market researchand business development, be proficient in using PowerPoint.
Job Requirements:
Graduating in 2025, with a bachelor's degree or above in actuarial science,statistics, mathematics, risk management, or related fields;
Excellent academic performance, having passed actuarial exams. Actuarial internship experience in insurance/consulting companies is preferred;
Positive work attitude, strong learning ability,and excellent communication skills;
Proficient in using Excel,Word, PowerPoint, etc. Programming experience or related skill is preferred;
Fluent in English for daily reading,writing, and working communication;
Outstanding interns have the opportunity for full-time employment.
