莱斯大学
导师简介
魏晨将于2025年秋入职莱斯大学 (Rice University) 担任计算机系助理教授。我于2019年本科毕业于信科，2024年博士毕业于约翰霍普金斯大学计算机系，现在在Meta FAIR实验室做postdoc。博士期间长期在Google DeepMind和Meta FAIR实习。其研究方向是计算机视觉CV/ML，长期关注representation learning与self-supervised learning，近期主要关注生成模型与视觉识别，及多模态。

现在我在积极寻找2025年秋季入学的全奖PhD学生～2名，提供全额奖学金。欢迎感兴趣的同学申请。截止日期为2025年1月1日，PhD项目无申请费。

1. Strong backgrounds in CV/ML, especially in above topics.
2. Passion for this area, willingness for collaboration, and resiliency to challenges and failures, basically what it takes for every PhD journey :)
关于待遇
1. First year PhD fellowship (Full Tuition + Stipend) guaranteed by department.
2. Second year and onwards Research Assistantship (Full Tuition +Stipend) guaranteed by advisor.
3. Additional support for conference registration and travel expenses.
4. We strongly encourage and support PhD students to explore summer internships in industry for diverse collaborations and large-scale model experience, such as Google, Meta, Nvidia, Adobe, Waymo, etc. (as my labmates and I did).
