Automobile Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities
Serve as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) for camera modules and systems in the European automotive industry.
Provide on-site technical support, including testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues at client sites.
Document and analyze client issues, identify solutions promptly, relay customer feedback to internal engineers, and propose product development suggestions to the R&D team.

Qualifications
General knowledge of automotive electronic systems and vehicle communication networks, with experience in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS), or autonomous driving technologies.
Proficiency in CAN/LIN bus systems and UDS diagnostic protocols.
Experience with CAN communication debugging tools, such as CANoe; familiarity with CAPL programming is an advantage.
Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as CAN equipment, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Communication, Automation, or a related field; foundational software knowledge is required.
Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel as needed.

岗位职责
负责德国公司的订单处理及出货操作，与货运代理沟通并跟进运输进展，处理异常情况（包括与总部关务的沟通等）
定期核对和维护德国公司每周和每月的采购、销售及库存数据
维护德国子公司采购、销售价格，以及客户和零件号信息
协助总部跟进客户回款情况，处理异常问题，并协助财务制定回款计划
总部营销部门确认月度出货计划，预估预算月度关税和进口增值税，核查美元及欧元账户余额，制定月度现金流及现金储备预算，并与财务沟通确认
整理德国公司各零件号的项目信息，包括HSCODE、简易图纸、光学信息及用途等，用于德国海关审计
完成其他临时安排的任务
岗位要求
具备财务、客户管理、开票及风险管理等方面的相关知识
能适应一定的工作弹性，以配合国内时区差异及客户需求
性格开朗，抗压能力强，执行力高，做事细致、有责任心、有耐心，具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神
具有C1及以上英语水平和B1及以上德语水平
有相关工作经验者优先
