（LNN）On November 29, the launch ceremony of the 2025 World Games series and the International Fashion Sports Festival officially commenced in Leshan.
The event showcased exceptional talent, with top Chinese pool players from around the world and breaking (street dance) experts from Sichuan Province delivering captivating cultural performances to the Leshan audience. The activities featured a variety of engaging experiences that seamlessly combined sports events with cultural and tourism elements, presenting Sichuan and Leshan's distinctive cultural m and stunning natural landscapes to the global stage.
The 2025 World Games will be held in Chengdu from August 7 to August 17, 2025, featuring 35 sports, 61 disciplines, and 254 events. The Games are expected to welcome over 4,000 athletes and delegation members, along with more than 800 international technical officials.
11月29日，2025年世界运动会系列活动（乐山站）启动仪式暨国际时尚体育节正式启幕。
活动现场有来自世界各地的中式台球名将，以及全省霹雳舞（街舞）达人，为乐山市民带来了精彩纷呈的特色文化演出。丰富多样的趣味活动，将体育赛事与文化旅游深度融合，向世界展示四川、乐山独特的文化魅力和自然风光。
2025年世界运动会将于2025年8月7日至8月17日在成都市举行，将设置35个大项、61个分项、254个小项，预计将有超过4000名运动员及代表团其他成员、800余名国际技术官员参加。
