For the production process of the moon cake soaps, we apply the hand milled method. This entire process is tedious and takes a disproportionate amount of time. 

First we have to prepare the fillings. 

Then we knead the‘dough’to make the moon cake skin.

Next we have to apply this into a moon cake mold and pressed tightly to come up with a desired shape. 

Attention to details is key in making moon cake soaps, and it is much harder than making an ordinary, real moon cake.
