Abstract
SoFTA职业规划系列活动致力于协助影视艺术学院的学生们掌握行业最新动态和职业发展的方向。系列活动内容丰富，包括职业规划分享、学长学姐申学经历分享、职场实习机会交流、简历制作和面试技巧培训等，旨在为学生们提供珍贵的行业资讯和职业经验，助力他们未来的职业规划。这些活动不仅能够激发学生们对专业的热情，帮助他们明确未来的职业道路，还能激励他们更深入地钻研专业知识。本系列计划每月举行一次，本学期将举办三场活动。
The SoFTA Career Planning Series is dedicated to helping students from the School of Film and TV Arts stay updated with the latest industry trends and career development directions. The series offers a rich array of activities, including career planning sessions, insights from alumni on their academic applications, discussions on internship opportunities in the workplace, resume crafting, and interview skills training. All these are designed to equip students with valuable industry information and professional experiences to support their future career planning. These events not only ignite students' passion for their major but also assist them in defining their career paths and encourage them to delve deeper into their academic studies. The series is planned to be held once a month, with three events scheduled for this semester.

周瑶 Yao Zhou
苏州广播电视总台精品创制中心主任编辑，苏州广电文化传播有限公司副总经理。先后获评江苏省广播电视和网络视听行业青年创新人才、姑苏宣传文化青年拔尖人才、苏州市优秀新闻工作者等，两次入选江苏百人纪录片扶持计划。
主创纪录片《有光》《来处，也是归途》《肯尼亚的“中国女孩”》《梦行水上》《乐益女中的先生们》《Gogi马的C计划》《文明履痕》《最初的凝望》等，参与主创28集纪录片《苏州史纪》、纪录长片《锦绣纪（海外版）》、纪录电影《天工苏作》等，作品先后登陆CCTV、CGTN、凤凰卫视、湖南卫视及各大卫视纪录片专业频道、欧洲电视台、克罗地亚电视台、肯尼亚电视台等，多次荣获中国新闻奖、中国纪录片学术盛典“十佳”作品、江苏省“五个一工程”奖、江苏省广播电视政府奖，以及江苏电视彩虹奖、江苏电视新闻奖、江苏电视社教奖一等奖等，并多次被国家广电总局推选为优秀国产纪录片。
Yao Zhou, Director Editor of Suzhou Broadcasting System and Deputy General Manager of Suzhou Radio and Television Culture Communication Co. has created documentaries that have been aired on major channels at home and abroad and won awards. She specializes in documentary creation, media content production, media creativity and planning, and cultural communication.
