Leveraging strength of company's research and development capabilities, the Goller engineering team of CHTC Fong's Group has designed a custom made high capacity pretreatment machine to address the core problems in the production of high-count, high-density and light shirt fabrics, such as easy creases, requirement of low tension and low shrinkage. This innovative design has successfully broken through technical difficulties and demonstrated the group's outstanding strength and firm commitment to the solution of the industry.

This pretreatment production line stretches out to an astonishing total length of 147 meters. The length of the whole machine even exceeds the length of a standard football field. Its towering height is comparable to a three-story building, which is spectacular! This equipment can realize the integrated process of shrinking, desizing, scouring, and bleaching in the pre-treatment stage with exceptional performance, which can be called a technological masterpiece in the textile industry!

This machine combines low tension, smooth and wrinkle-free operation, advanced Thermplate indirect heating and direct heating, high precision dosing system, unique steamer and optimized S-shaped smooth outfeed, all working together during the pre-treatment stage of fabric, enabling the fabric to shine with enchanting beauty after going through complex processes. The uniform, high whiteness, and plump resilient hand feel not only meet the stringent quality requirements of the mid to high-end market but also give a solid foundation for subsequent processing!
