论坛主题与意义
国际青年学者论坛是北京国际电影节•第32届大学生电影节的重要环节,也是国际青年电影研究及媒介研究学者分享学术成果、交流学术思想的平台。2025年,恰逢世界电影诞生130周年暨中国电影诞生120周年。百余年间,全球电影创作者与学者不断开拓着电影创作与研究的疆域。随着技术的变迁、范式的扩展和语言的创新,电影的内涵与外延也发生着持续的变化与更新。
第六届国际青年学者论坛的主题为“回响·新声·重奏:中外影史与影像未来”。“回响”象征着经历百年积淀的中国电影,经由对于影像资料和相关书写的重新发现和审视,焕发出新的生命力;“新声”指代不断变化的全球影视生态中,各国电影出现的新现象与新问题,以及其背后的时代文化潮流与理论新思;“重奏”比喻在当代媒介更迭的环境中,各种电影与媒介现象形成的“交响”,以及在探讨新技术与新景观时,结合过去与当下的双重视角。
本次论坛期冀汇聚年轻一代的学术力量,通过跨学科的深入对话,开拓电影研究的新视野,为电影研究注入新的理论活力。
分论坛题引
1、回响:中国影史的溯源与重写
在中国电影诞生120周年之际,重新审视和解读关键时期的重要作品、影人及电影现象。鼓励学者们运用跨学科的研究方法,使用新材料,寻找新视角,深入探讨中国电影在不同历史阶段的文化意义和社会影响。同时,关注电影文本的多重解读,揭示其在不同语境下的多维价值。议题涵盖但不限于中国电影的艺术风格与叙事模式、特定历史事件对电影创作的影响、以及电影与其他文化形式的互动关系。
2、新声:国外新象的讨论与辨析
聚焦全球电影的最新动态,探讨各国电影在面对技术革新、市场变化和文化多样性挑战时所展现的新现象与新问题。从独立电影的转型危机、影院在流媒体崛起中的生存困境,到人工智能技术引发的好莱坞劳资冲突等,电影似乎一次次“濒临绝境”。然而,在危机与挑战之下,各国的新浪潮与新运动仍在不断涌现,影像语言在复杂境遇中迸发出新的生机。本议题欢迎青年学者通过具体案例的分析,对近年来外国的电影新现象、新运动、新模式展开思考,包括但不限于独立电影的各类尝试、跨国电影合作的新发展、流媒体平台对电影发行与消费的影响。
3、重奏:媒介更迭的探索与展望
在快速变化的技术环境下,数字化、生成式人工智能、虚拟现实等新兴技术正在深刻影响电影的制作、传播和观影体验,给电影艺术赖以生存的成规和惯例带来了挑战。影像媒介的历史与影像的历史紧密关联,值此“影史”与“影始”交汇的节点,经由媒介历史变迁的寻索,也可为新媒介时代的影像表达提供启发。本议题探讨这些技术和电影艺术及产业的多重互动,分析新媒介环境下电影创作的机遇与挑战,包括但不限于AIGC、短视频、影游融合、交互电影、竖屏电影、跨媒介叙事、平台经济、媒介考古等理论思辨。
4、自设议题
在以上议题外,我们也欢迎青年学者围绕近年来全球电影发展中的其他景观、现象及前沿问题展开思考与研究。我们充分鼓励青年学者在传统理论框架外提出新锐理论架构、发表前沿观点,为电影研究领域注入新鲜活力。
报名须知
我们邀请在国内外高校及研究机构就职的青年学者(年龄为45岁以下)、在站博士后及在读博士生、在读硕士生踊跃投稿参会。请投稿者如实填写参会报名表,并同时提交800-1000字的投稿论文摘要,于北京时间2025年2月20日24:00之前,以电子邮件的形式发送到邮箱qnxzlt06@163.com。同一申请人以第一作者身份最多可报名两个分论坛。
初评将遴选约40-50篇优秀论文摘要,并发送邮件通知投稿者。正文应以中文或英文形式撰写,中文字数不低于8000字,英文字数不低于6000字。论文应包含中英文标题、作者简介(150字以内)、中英文摘要、关键词、正文及参考文献。正文截止日期组委会将另行通知。摘要初评和终评均采用盲审的方式,初审评审团由优秀青年学者组成,终审评审团由各位专家组成。
格式要求
1.中文标题应采用宋体三号加粗居中,英文标题应采用Times New Roman, 14号加粗居中。
2. 投稿阶段,长摘要字数要求为800-1000字。在最终提交的完整论文中,论文摘要原则上不超过500字;关键词不超过5个,以分号分隔。中文论文的全文字数不低于8000字,英文论文的全文字数不低于6000字(不含参考文献)。
3. 对于中文论文,正文应采用宋体五号字。一级标题写作 “一”, 宋体小四加粗,左对齐并缩进2个汉字字节;二级标题写作 “(一)”, 宋体小四加粗,左对齐并缩进2个汉字字节;三级标题写作 “3.”, 宋体小四,左对齐并缩进2个汉字字节。注释引用请按照《电影艺术》要求,全文统一采用脚注,序号连排。
4. 对于英文论文,正文应采用Times New Roman, 12号字。标题及引用格式请按照MLA, APA 或 Chicago格式进行撰写。请在上述格式中选择其一,全文统一。格式规范请参考:

Conference Information
The International Young Scholars Conference is integral to the 32nd College Student Film Festival at the Beijing International Film Festival. It is a platform for international young film and media scholars to share academic achievements and communicate ideas. The year 2025 marks the 130th anniversary of global cinema and the 120th anniversary of Chinese cinema. Over a century, international filmmakers and scholars have continuously expanded film creation and research filed. Cinema's content and scope have undergone constant transformation and renewal through technological evolution, paradigm shifts, and linguistic innovations.
The theme of the 6th International Young Scholars Forum will be "Echoes, New Voices, and Reprise: Histories and Futures of Chinese and World Cinema."
"Echoes" symbolize the revitalization of Chinese film after a century of accumulation, achieved through the rediscovery and reinterpretation of visual archives and related writings."New Voices" address the evolving global audiovisual ecosystem, exploring emerging phenomena and issues in films from different countries and the cultural trends and theoretical innovations behind them."Reprise" metaphorically represent the symphony created by diverse cinematic and media phenomena in today's rapidly evolving media environment, combining past and present perspectives to examine new technologies and landscapes.
This forum aims to gather the academic strength of the younger generation to foster interdisciplinary dialogue, broaden the horizons of film research, and inject fresh theoretical vitality into the field.
Panel Information
1. Echoes: Tracing and Rewriting Chinese Film History
On the 120th anniversary of Chinese cinema, this subtopic invites scholars to revisit and reinterpret key works, figures, and phenomena from critical periods of Chinese film history. Cross-disciplinary approaches, innovative materials, and new perspectives are encouraged to delve into Chinese cinema's cultural significance and social impact across different historical stages. Topics may include, but are not limited to:
Artistic styles and narrative models of Chinese films
Impact of historical events on film creation
Interaction between cinema and other cultural forms
2. New Voices: Analysis of Emerging Global Trends
This subtopic focuses on the latest developments in global cinema, exploring how films from various countries respond to technological innovation, market changes, and challenges of cultural diversity. Despite crises like the struggles of independent cinema, the survival challenges faced by theaters due to streaming platforms, and AI-related labor disputes in Hollywood, new waves and movements continue to emerge worldwide. Topics may include, but are not limited to:
Independent film initiatives
Developments in international film collaborations
Impact of streaming platforms on film distribution and consumption
3. Reprise: Exploration and Perspectives on Media Transformation
In the context of rapid technological evolution, emerging technologies such as digitization, generative AI, and virtual reality profoundly impact the production, distribution, and viewing experiences of cinema, challenging its traditional conventions. This subtopic examines the dynamic interplay between technology, film art, and industry in the new media era. Topics may include, but are not limited to:
AIGC
Short videos
Integration of films and games
Interactive films
Vertical screen films
Cross-media narratives
Platform economies
Media archaeology
4. Optional Topic
In addition to the above topics, submissions on other recent phenomena, landscapes, and cutting-edge issues in global film development are welcome. Innovative theoretical frameworks and groundbreaking perspectives outside traditional paradigms are encouraged to invigorate the field of film research.
Application Instructions
We welcome submissions from young scholars (under the age of 45), post-doctors, doctoral students, and postgraduate students worldwide. Applicants should have educational backgrounds in relevant academic areas and proficient English listening/speaking skills. Please submit your application form and proposal (800-1000 words) via email to qnxzlt06@163.com by 24:00 (UTC +8), February 20, 2025. The same applicant should not apply for more than two different panels as first author or corresponding author.
After reviewing, the conference committee will inform the acceptance of 40 to 50 manuscripts by email. Full papers should be written in Chinese or English, with a minimum of 8,000 characters for Chinese manuscripts and 6,000 words for English manuscripts. The deadline for the full manuscripts and future details of the conference will be notified by the organizing committee.
The full manuscript should include:
1) Full paper, no less than 6000 words,
2) Author(s) bio, no longer than 150 words (each),
3) Paper abstract and keywords,
4) Bibliography and appendix (if applicable).
Both the initial and final reviews of the proposals will adopt a blind review method, conducted by a committee composed of outstanding young scholars. The final review will be conducted by experts from corresponding fields.
Format Requirements
The manuscript should be written in MLA, APA or Chicago format.
