-We are continually looking for high caliber professionals to join our growing business in China in the following positions:
-Assistant Interior Designer
-Interior Designer
-Project Interior Designer
-Senior Interior Designer
-Associate, Interior Architecture
-Associate Director, Interior Architecture
-Director, Interior Architecture
-Locations: Shanghai
-Responsible for project design development of multiple assigned projects working under minimum supervision of a Senior Associate or Director.
-Participate in design development in the project team for medium to large sized projects
-Engage in pitches for new work and assist in the preparation of drawings, studies, specifications and other project tasks.
-Communicate with project team and external parties regarding specific tasks and project related questions.
-Regularly monitor the progress of project teams and ensure design quality is at a consistently high level.
-Ensure design choices (materials, shapes and sizes) are in line with the budget.
-Focus on developing and coordinating the technical and aesthetic aspect of the interior design
-Working simultaneously on multiple projects
-Senior level team members will be responsible for organizing design efforts in the project teams on a day to day basis, bridging communication between the core team and the project teams, and managing time according to the workload and priorities. In addition, they may mentor younger designers and promote a positive attitude in the teams.
-Manage the information stream and makes sure the project teams are up to date.
-Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related majors;
-Familiar with the interior design codes and regulations in China;
-Proven experience in the interior design field, overseas experience would be an advantage;
-Experience of whole design process from conceptual design phase to completion,
-Rich knowledge of material and construction details, capable of solving design problems during the construction period; deliver projects to the highest standards;
-Good at bridging communication channels between the client and project team;
-Skillful in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office, etc.;
-Proactive and strong team spirit;
-Ability to work under time pressure;
-Excellent communication skills preferably in both English and Chinese；
-Candidates with less or more experience may be considered for entry-level to Director level positions.
